MATERIAL & DESIGN:
One of the things I like about Dreamgirl Lingerie is that they make it affordable to achieve the look and ambiance you are aiming for, without having to spend a fortune on more expensive materials, such as leather or latex. This particular BDSM/Fetish outfit is part of their "Red Diamond" collection (compact paper packaging has a red diamond on it to differentiate it from the other "diamond" lines), which is their low-end, "quickie" costume line-up. Surprisingly though, every piece I've owned from this collection has been fairly well-made compared to some other cheap pieces I've purchased from other companies. I've only encountered minor sizing issues, but I'll discuss that further under the next heading.

The dress portion consists of a 90% mesh-nylon fabric, which is tightly weaved and very stretchy. To the touch it is very soft, almost silky, and not itchy at all; therefore, wearing this outfit for extended periods of play is very do-able. The vinyl breast-cup portion is also lined with this same mesh, so it's soft against the skin and seemed to help cut down on that sticky, sweaty feeling that sometimes occurs when wearing vinyl with no backing. The hem is also accented with roughly a 1-inch piece of vinyl all the way around, giving it a bit of weight so that it hangs nicely.

There are two adjustable, stretchy, thin shoulder straps and a smoothly functioning silver zipper that extends from the bosom all the way down to the hem.

Included in the package is a coordinating mesh thong with a reinforced crotch, and a vinyl blindfold that unzips in the center to allow the wearer a peek at her surroundings. I thought this was a nice touch at adding a bit of sensory deprivation or reward to playtime when wearing this outfit.

SIZING:
I'm a size 10-12, 5'7" tall, 150 pounds, with 40" hips, a 33" waist, and 38D boobs, but some of other Dreamgirl pieces I own in their standard "One Size Fits Most" option are borderline too tight and too short. So for this one, I thought I'd take a chance on the "Plus" size.

The "Plus" or "Queen" size is meant to accommodate wearers between the 165-275 pound range(75kg-115kg). More specifically:

Size : 16-20
Cup : D/DD
Chest: 40-44"
Waist: 36"-44"
Hip : 42"-56"

Ok, so I knew it was probably going to be a bit large on me, but figured that trying it would make a nice comparative review for those who are on the fence with sizing like I sometimes am.

With the exception of the cups being a tad loose, the mesh draped nicely down my sides and did not appear to be too large for me at all. Only I could tell that it fit loosely, but my partner said it looked like it fit just fine, as he stood there with a raging hard-on. Because there was more fabric to work with and a looser fit, the hem fell a bit lower on me, about mid-thigh, as opposed to the bottom of my ass cheeks when I wear their standard O/S. Had I designed it, I would have added an extra inch or two of length, because obviously, the taller and/or fuller-figured someone is, it's bound to ride up some. Sizing is adequate, but it could be a bit more universal.

CARE:
Per the instructions: Hand wash in cold water, do not bleach. Line dry. The mask can easily be wiped down with a wet cloth to remove any sweat or makeup.

SURVEY SAYS?
Overall, I'm very please with this outfit. So, it doesn't fit me perfectly, big deal, but it works and I look darn good. I feel so powerful when I'm wearing fetishwear, regardless of if I'm Domme or submissive. I think it could be a bit longer though, so I only gave it 4 stars.

I still love this outfit, but since I own so many, I tend to forget that I have it buried in my box of lingerie. The best thing about it is that it's so comfortable, so I would still highly recommend this set.
