Playroom pet set - dress discontinued by DreamGirl - review by amazon

From the stock photos, the Playroom Pet Set looks scandalous. Its open back (top to bottom), wet look, and the accompanying chained choker and wrist restraints were just too much to pass up. I've been a fan of "wet look" items for quite a while and this seemed like a great little outfit that would definitely add some spice.

For those who haven't seen Dreamgirl's new packaging, it seems that all of their outfits now come packaged in a very standard white w/ red (diamond) display box. It's a bit classier than their old packaging. One thing I absolutely love is that now the outfits are pictured (using very hot models) from the front view on the front of the packaging and then on the back of the packaging is a view of the modeled outfit... from the back. Brilliant! In addition, there are little windows on the front sides of the packaging that allow you to see the material inside (not as important when the packaging arrives inside a UPS box, but a nice feature if you saw it in a shop).

So how about the Playroom Set? It comes with a uni-size panty (which is about a medium and would fit up to a large, but would likely NOT be comfortable on a XL or bigger), a permanently connected set of two elastic wrist cuffs tied to a choker, and the dress itself. The restraint set is all elastic (except the metal chains and faux buckle on the choker) and seems to stretch fairly easily. The chain is tied to the front of the choker, which conveniently comes apart behind the neck using a Velcro closure. The wrist cuffs, also tied to the chain, will easily fit most wrists, though fully relaxed they're only 7" in circumference. The choker is also 15" long (minus about an inch for the Velcro closure).



The dress itself is pretty simple, with a semi-square front with extra material at the bust line. The back is essentially four elastic bands, tied at the center back to a vertical strip of the same elastic material. The faux buckles are attached offset to the right side of each of the four horizontal bands. Slipping into the outfit is as simple as putting it over your head and sliding it down (there are no real buckles or adjustments to be made, since it's all elastic). Positioning of the lowest band at or below your butt is really up to you.



I really enjoyed the set. It is incredibly playful and very sexy. It fits well and the materials all stretch to show every curve on you.

I really love the way this set looks on me, and it's so easy to put on/take off, and it's held up perfectly through a few regular machine washes. The choker is a little awkward at times, but overall the outfit is so hot yet so easy to use, it's definitely worth it.
