I love pink bra and skirt set - bra and panty set discontinued by Escante - review by nebbish

This lingerie set comes in a vibrant bright pink color and includes three pieces; bra, g-string, and a cute little skirt.



I ordered this set in a large. According to the Escante size chart, the set should fit sizes 10-14, cup size C-D, bust 36-38, waist 32-34, hips 34-36, and weight 140-160. I'm a 36D weighing around 170, so I figured this should fit pretty well.



Naturally, when you order such a set, you generally expect one or two of the pieces to fit. I really wanted the skirt from this set in particular, so I was really pleased when I found that all three pieces actually fit pretty decently.



In my experience with other lingerie sets, the g-string usually doesn't fit. The one that comes in this set was a bit snug, but it definitely fit. I don't find g-strings flattering on my figure anyway, so it doesn't really bother me either way. The one in this set is mesh and elastic and it is *very* small, as in barely covered my pubic area.



My biggest complaint with this is really the bra. It's so cute and I really love the color. The satin material on the cups is really soft and feels quite nice. However, because of the way the cups are cut, my boobs are constantly on the verge of falling out.



The skirt is made of the same lace as the bra and the same nylon mesh as the g-string. It's very stretchy and I didn't find that the elastic on the side really cut in. There's no tag to suggest which piece is the front, but the model in the promo image has her elastic cuts on the side so that's where I wore mine. I tried putting them in the back, but it didn't really work. I definitely love the skirt!

The material of this set is actually really nice. The stretch lace on the cups and the skirt is really soft and not itchy at all. The cups of the bra are made out of satin which feels very soft and silky against the skin. The nylon that makes up the rest of the material is also surprisingly soft to the touch and fairly stretchy. I found the whole set very comfortable for prolonged wear.

As far as cleaning goes, there was no information on the items themselves however I would definitely suggest hand-washing. It's always a good idea to hand-wash your bras because the underwires can get bent out of shape, or worse actually pop out of the material. The skirt and g-string are that nylon mesh (while the skirt has some lace) that I spoke about, and while that *might* be okay for a gentle wash cycle I would still suggest hand-washing to be on the safe side. Once washed, you can hang or lay flat on a towel to dry.

Overall, I would say that this set is definitely worth checking out. The bra was on the verge of allowing my boobs to escape, but I think it's a sexy kind of almost-escape and it works. The skirt is very forgiving for those of us ladies with a little more curve than the promo image. The g-string may even fit you!

I still love this set! It makes me feel so cute and sexy, the way the skirt hugs my hips and the feel of the satin bra on my boobs. I even find myself wearing the g-string more often due to it being so comfortable. I do find that the way the elastic on the g-string was constructed makes it a bit difficult to keep the lines flat, but that's not really a big deal to me.
