Irresistible set - bra and panty set discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by Jessica Elizabeth

First things first, I *am* plus sized. I'm about a 20-22 in women's sizes. So, I bought this knowing that I'd be at the very biggest edge of the sizes for this. However, I had thought it would be stretchy. And indeed the garter is! Fits me wonderfully and is flattering even on my very curvy body. However, the bra is not stretchy at all, you get maybe one more inch of size with it stretched out. So in order for me to wear it I'd have to put an extender on it. Oh well.

The bra has a lovely bow in the middle, though a couple of the edges are not hemmed so it would be easy for the threads to tear apart. It's made of satin and feels lovely against the skin. Even the lace ruffling is soft and not scratchy at all. The shoulder straps are adjustable which is nice, but going around the body, it is not very adjustable at all, which is unfortunate.

The g-string is a standard satin g-string. Nothing special or exciting about, it just has the butt floss and hip straps then a triangle of fabric. It's quite small and so I don't use it.

The garter is what makes this whole set worth it. On the front is the pink and black striped satin, which is very stretchy. Over the hips you have some soft, stretchy mesh with a lot of fringes hanging down. From either side of the stretchy mesh you have the garters themselves hanging down. They are stretchy as well, though not as stretchy as one would hope. However they are also adjustable. They have some soft mesh on them giving them a bit of a frilly look. Then, around the back you have thick pink satin ties with which to tie the garter on you. This fits me fine, and I'm a size 20-22, so don't let size stop you from buying this!

I love this set; it doesn't need much more, though I wish I could wear the bra right now. The garter itself is frilly enough that it doesn't need much more than some stockings to make it extra sexy.

Mine did not come with washing instructions, but I'd keep it on the delicate cycle in a lingerie bag, or just hand wash it. I also would not dry it, I'd just let it hang dry or dry flat.
