Penthouse maid - costume discontinued by Fantasy Lingerie - review by Lizabeth

As a newly realized lingerie enthusiast, I have been seeking to expand my costume collection. I have always wanted a maid outfit for the bedroom, and with the help of my partner, I decided to give the Penthouse Maid lingerie by Fantasy Lingerie a try. And, let me say, I am not disappointed in this decision! I am very pleased with this product, and I hope my review will help others decide whether or not the Penthouse Maid outfit is right for them.



~Packaging~
The outfit is packaged in a PVC package similar to the packaging Halloween costumes are packaged in. All of the pieces of the outfit were easy to retrieve from the packaging, and I had no problem getting them out to inspect them.



~Sizing~
The Penthouse Maid outfit comes in a One Size Fits Most. This seems to be accurate. I wear a size 12/14 in jeans and a large in underwear, and I did not have much of a problem getting the skirt on.



~Product~
The maid skirt is made out of polyester and lace, which needs to be washed in warm water on the gentle cycle. As with all dark colors, it must be washed separately from lighter colors. Dry it on low, or hang to dry, and please be careful to not twist or wring the skirt or the shape will be distorted.

The skirt features a built in thong, and the waist is elastic. This elastic waistband allows the skirt to stretch enough to fit a person up to a size 12/14 comfortably. The thong portion is also stretchy, which allows for easy movement during intercourse. I would also think that if the thong is too big for a person, they could alter it to suit them easily. As it is a thong, it does not provide too much coverage, but the skirt did rest below my pubic area to cover the thong in the front. The only problem that I have found with the skirt is the stitching around the lace. The stitching was already frayed around the apron when I removed it from the package, and the lace around the bottom of the skirt has a few stray threads. However, this can be easily fixed, and did not deter me too much.

The outfit also comes with lace gloves that have elastic in the cuff to go around most hands. They cover the top of the hand, but not the palm which is really nice so you do not irritate your skin or your partner's.

The pasties that came with the outfit are really pretty to look at. They are made up of black sequins on the inside with a white sequin border. They feature a black tassel. They fit very nicely, however, I disliked the pain that removal of them resulted in. I found that the double-sided tape provided stuck very well, perhaps too well when it comes to removal!

The last piece of the outfit is the bonnet. I absolutely loved the bonnet, and so did my boyfriend. That was the original selling point of this particular outfit for me, and I was not disappointed! It fit very nicely over my head and stayed on for the most part. The only problem I had with it staying on was when I would lean my head forward for extended periods of time.



~Uses~
This outfit can be used for role-playing, foreplay, or to spice up your sex life. You can use it anywhere in the house you feel comfortable doing so. I mean, a maid has to clean after all!



Overall, I am very pleased with this outfit. Even though the stitching around the lace needs a little touching up, the product is very well made and holds up during use. It is definitely worth the price, and I feel very confident about purchasing other outfits from Fantasy Lingerie.

I still love this outfit! It is just so cute, and my boyfriend loves it. However, I no longer wear the pasties because I do not really like using double-stick tape on such a sensitive area. Even after several washings, the bottoms have held up very well. I still would totally recommend this outfit to anyone looking for a sexy maid outfit that is inexpensive and cute!
