Midnight mistress teddy - teddy discontinued by DreamGirl - review by lalapetitee

After my first lingerie review I became hooked on getting new pieces to try. I decided I needed a good teddy so I ordered this teddy by Dreamgirl in a small. As soon as I got it out of the box I fell in love with the feel and the lace panels. Of course the model wearing it looked amazing in it but I was dying to see what it would look like on me.

*Materials/Durability*

This teddy is made of 92% polyester mesh and 8% spandex. The body of the teddy doesn't have much give to it but the garters and straps are adjustable and stretch well. I did not notice any stray threads, loose ends or torn lace on the teddy. The piece feels very well made and has yet to rip, snag, etc while wearing it.

*Design/Quality*

This teddy only comes with the teddy, no stockings included. As I said before, the entire teddy does not stretch but the shoulder straps, garters and bra straps do stretch and are adjustable and removable. The shoulder clasps are all metal and black while the garter clasps are plastic. The cups do not stretch but do have underwire for added support. I love that the cups are see thru and allow for a peek at the nipples when wearing it. If you are into nipple play during sex the material is thin enough to feel stimulation thru it. If you prefer you could lift your breast above the cups and enjoy it that way. The closure of the teddy is a bra like closure with adjustable hooks. The straps are stretchy and adjustable as well. The crotch snaps closed and is great for easy accessibility during sex. I find that the thong styled back is very flattering on me but of course that depends of your tastes. I love the side lace panels and the back panel because they are firm but not scratchy. The back of the teddy features a small keyhole cut-out where the bra closure is. The entire back is lace. There is a Dreamgirl and care tag at the back of the teddy but can't be felt during use.

The cups of the teddy measure roughly 5 inches across. The teddy itself measures 19 1/4 inches from top to bottom. The teddy measures 14 inches across near the bottom. The middle of the teddy measures 12 1/2 inches across. *all measurements are un-stretched*

The shoulder straps of the teddy have a minimum of 9 inches and a max of 17 inches. The garters have a minimum of 6 inches and a max of 10 inches. *all measurements are un-stretched*

*Cleaning/Care/Packaging*

This teddy should be hand washed in cold water and hung to dry. If you do need to machine wash it, please put it inside of a lingerie bag or good ole pillow case on a gentle cycle. This teddy came in great condition wrapped in bright pink tissue paper. It came with a Dreamgirl tag but no other storage options. As always please try and reuse the pink tissue paper for gifts.

*Fit/Sizing*

My measurements: dress size is a 2, 34B(32")/25"/35". I ordered a small and from the Dreamgirl size chart I should fall in between a 2-6 dress size, A/B cup size, 32-34 inch bust, 24-26 inch waist and 34-36 inch hip. I went with the small and it fits me perfectly with a little room left in the waist area.

There is nothing I do not like about this teddy. In fact I LOVE pretty much everything about it. Everything from the piping down the teddy to the full lace back. The cups cover my size 34B breast very well while still showing some cleavage and supporting them. The straps and closure of the teddy don't cut into me at all.

The thong style back is sexy without feeling like floss. It acts as a highlight for my small ass and makes it look a lot plumper. I do love that since I have always wanted a bit of a bigger ass. This piece really gives that to me.

*Overall*

I give this teddy a 5 out of 5 stars for being fucking amazing! I sometimes wear this piece around the house with my black silk robe because I love it so much. It's comfortable but looks a lot better than my regular t-shirt and brief panties. So far no tares, snags or undone threads.

No matter how long I go without wearing this piece I always know it will look great on me. I since gained about 8 pounds and I love this piece even more now. It has formed to my body much better so no more sagging around the waist section. It still makes my ass look incredibly perky and bigger. My partner never gets tired of this piece. In fact, when I wear it she often still drools. It has held up incredibly well but I make sure to wash it by hand. No tears, rips or stray pieces of threads.
