Strapped mini dress - chemise and panty set by DreamGirl - review by Ansley

The little black dress, or the LBD, is a fashion-yes! Black never goes out of style and can be paired with so many wild and thrilling accessories that it's no wonder it has survived every single trend ever thought of. (Hyper-color t-shirts, anyone?)

The strapped mini from DreamGirl is a sleek, sexy number made out of 90% nylon and 10% lycra. The halter-style dress is comprised of a sheer, mesh panel on the front with a slightly scalloped seam at the bottom and thirty lycra-covered straps down the back. They are supported with a center strap, allowing them to stretch taught across the back and buttocks. For women of less-than-average height this area will also hit the back of your thighs. Your overall body size will determine just how the straps will stretch across your back. There are two tags sewn into the side seam of the halter, and you must be very careful when removing them or else you will knick the mesh.

The thong-style panties are a great compliment to this outfit and come with a 100% cotton liner in the center. I prefer to cut out the liners of lingerie panties, because I think it enhances the visual and provides extra stimulation to the labia.






Laundering for the first time should be done in the sink with a healthy pour of white vinegar to lock in the black and keep it from bleeding in the future. If you're in a hurry, you can toss it in the dryer for a quick spell. Be sure to keep an eye on it and not let the garment overheat or there will be a slight build up of static in the fabric. If you decide to toss it into the washer, a lingerie bag is highly recommended to keep the straps from wrapping around the agitator or the straps tangling around other items of clothing. It doesn't wrinkle per se, but it does become creased if left in a ball for too long.



Sadly, after arriving to our home Daisy (model shown above) developed a fatal wound on her stomach. After many efforts to patch her up and make her healthy again, she passed into the Realm of Lost Toys. She mustered up the courage to give us these last photos and for that we will forever be thankful. RIP Daisy, we will mourn the loss of your potential as a budding lingerie model for EF.

I ordered the One Size Fits All and was very happy to see that it fit my chest quite well. There's a little bit of side-boob going on which I think is incredibly sexy. It creates the illusion my breasts are larger than they actually are. I'm a little lean in the legs so the bottom five or six straps kind of dangle instead of stretching tightly across my thighs. I'm okay with this, I actually really like the way that looks on my small frame.

It's really easy to get in and out of, too. Just gather the dress up from the bottom like you would if you were putting on pantyhose and slip it over your legs. Pull up the front of the dress, adjust the halter straps to your liking and smooth out the straps on the back. You won't be flopping around the bed(room) trying to get into it, I promise.

The straps want to flip up on occasion, but it's nothing I found to be super annoying. They're easy to put back in place and I really only noticed it when I was sitting down. Speaking of sitting down, I barely noticed any lines from the straps after a couple of hours of wearing it around the house and sitting here on Eden waiting for the hubs to come home from a long hard day.

His jaw hit the floor when he saw it and he immediately wanted to take lots and lots of pictures of me in it. And who am I to say no to an adoring fan? Needless to say, it really sparked a lot of heat between the two of us and I'm really glad that I purchased this dress, even though I was initially going to get something else.

I like the overall quality of the construction of the garment. I haven't found any stitching that seems wonky and it looks like the mesh is secured nicely in the seams. I really enjoy how it hugs my body up top, but leaves a little bit of swing near the bottom. It moves with me, not against me so it's really comfortable to wear.

It looks amazing with my small jewelry collection and a pair of fuck me pumps. Be careful that you don't choose jewelry that will catch the mesh. Other than that, the options are endless. Finish off the look with a smoky eye and you're guaranteed to get laid!

The sizing...the thong is a little tight on me, but I like it that way and the dress hugs every curve I have, framing them nicely. I stand just over 5 feet tall and weigh under 100 lbs. I'm between a B and C cup, but as you can see on the doll breast size really shouldn't be much of a concern. My waist and hip measurements are 26 and 29 inches, respectively.

This is still one of my favorite outfits to throw on. I haven't experienced any rips or runs in the material and the straps are holding up quite nicely, as are the seams. I *only* wash this in the machine and I haven't had any problems with it at all. I would buy it again!
