Two piece ruffle bikini set - bra and panty set discontinued by Baci - review by justme23

This Two Piece Ruffle Bikini Set is a black and red, one size fits all, bra and panty set. The bra and panty both have these lacy ruffles: the bra at the bottom of the cups and the panty along the top on the front. The ruffles are a solid black and the pieces are made of a sheer red material. The lacy pieces are made of a fabric that is quite itchy. The product lists that it is made of nylon and spandex.

The bottom is a thong that has tiny o-rings holding it together at the front; the rings do not seem very sturdy. The halter-style bra has a tiny clasp that closes on the back and a tie for around the neck, not only tricky to get into but once again not very sturdy.

I am quite small - 32B, 100lbs, 5'4" - and I felt that neither piece of this set gave me any support. I was extremely worried about the small o-rings or clasps breaking or just falling off. The top was quite a bit too big for my breasts and due to a lack of underwire, it didn't even really touch me at all. I would definitely say if the pieces had actually fit me, I would not be surprised if the clasps broke just from moving about.

Technically, I suppose this could be worn under clothing but I don't see it being comfortable at all or looking good. With the ruffles, they would likely make weird lumps underneath clothing. I wouldn't really wear this in the bedroom though either. Overall, I was just extremely uncomfortable wearing this - it was too big and just unattractive. The colors do not look good in person and where the company may describe it as "stunning," I would just say "silly."

I never showed this off to anyone - it embarrassed me to wear it! I'm not entirely ashamed of my body and love wearing lingerie but this is something else. It's awful and extremely uncomfortable. I am pretty small and was still worried about the connectors on both pieces falling off or snapping apart.

I have not worn this since reviewing it. It is definitely not for me. I don't find it to be attractive or flattering.
