Mesh halter babydoll set - babydoll and panties set by DreamGirl - review by Mamastoys

DreamGirl has come up with a great babydoll that is both cute and comfortable. The Mesh Halter Babydoll Set comes in two brilliant colors- black and lime and black and hot pink. This babydoll comes in one size fits most. According to the size chart, this should fit sizes 2-14, cups B-C, bust 32-38, waist 24-32, hips 34-40, inseam 35, rise 7 1/2-8, weight 60-160. I fall within the perimeters on the sizes and am pleased to say the sizing chart is correct on this outfit.

Starting at the top, the black halter straps are 23 inches long and about 2 inches wide. They are satin feeling and don't apply pressure on your neck when tied.



The front of the baby doll has a 3 1/2 inch stretchy bust area outlined with a black lace strip at the top and the bottom. There is a black bow situated in the middle of the top row of lace.



The area is very stretchy and will hold a variety of sizes of breasts. Other than the little bit of elastic, the baby doll doesn't offer and support, under wires, or padding. The rows of lace go around to each side seam for a total of 14 inches. The bust area is 28 inches unstretched and will stretchy up to 46 inches. The back of the baby doll has elastic at the top and around the bottom of the bottom area where the lace is on the front part. In the picture, it looks like the back area is too flimsy but in reality, it's not.





The length of the baby doll is 16 inches and ends with a slight ruffle. The material flows nicely down and doesn't have any pulling or heaviness to it. It is made of 93% nylon and 7% spandex. Care instructions are on the back of the standard box DreamGirl uses and state this should be hand washed in cold water, line dry. Bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning should be avoided. The front of the box shows the color and design of the garment enclosed. Due to the material it is made from and the lack of boning or under wires, it folds up neatly, takes up very little space or weight, and is travel friendly. I have it in my carry on now, waiting to fly with it over the weekend.





The thong is the standard thong. The front of it is 4 inches wide and narrows down to a 2 inch panty liner. The panty liner area is 3 inches long. The band around the hips is very stretchy and will stretch from 27 inches to 56 inches. The only thing that this set has that some of the other don't have is 2 small black bows on the front sides.



This baby doll gets 5 stars. I can't find anything wrong with it unless you are someone who just has to have some support in the bust area.

When I ordered this outfit, I had planned on getting several new sets to take on an upcoming cruise. Not only is the color awesome, the feel of the material and the cute bust area made this one a winner for me. I usually need some support in the bust area but the way this one is made, it gave me enough. I love the way it flowed down and was so comfortable to have on.
