This is a simple, pretty babydoll that will work for many women. It comes in two sizes: one size and plus size (one size queen). This gorgeous ensemble is produced by Dreamgirl. The fabric is a mesh made from 93% nylon and 7% spandex. It is light, airy, comfortable, and stretchy.

The babydoll fits exactly like it looked in the picture. It brushes my tush but doesn't cover it completely. The edging is ruffles that go from the split in the center down to midway around the bottom. It then transitions to a straight edging at the hem from the middle of the "skirt" and around the back. There are also ruffles (though smaller) around the straight portion the sits at the back/shoulders. The split front to this babydoll is great for larger women and pregnancy bellies which is what drew me to this piece. I am a plus size woman to start, being pregnant is not too much more of a stretch for purchasing lingerie for me. Before my pregnancy I weighed between 175 and 183, had 40DD breasts, and wore a pants size of either 10 or 12. At this point in my pregnancy (25 weeks) I weigh 188lb, I have size 40F breasts, and my belly is 46 1/2" around at the largest point. This fit is great and makes me still feel sexy and comfortable. It gives me a little bit more confidence in the bedroom because it transforms what I see as a huge hanging pregger body to a sexy rounded fertile woman. It gives me the mindset that I need to stay in the sexual headspace I need. The bust easily accommodated for my larger breasts. Being used to a DD size it's a large leap from an F I am now. But the bust fits! It's like a shelf bra, but the shape is very flattering and doesn't make me feel like I'm all heavy and too big. The edging on the bust is a very pretty simple black lace. My husband and I both agree that the piece would have looked a bit nicer if the lace edging went all the way down to the hem instead of stopping at the bust. The pretty black bow in the center of the bust V shape is a great finishing touch. The straps are well attached by the back shoulder and the elastic reinforces half of the underarm area; I don't see them coming apart easily. They are 1/2" wide and stay up well. The best part is that they are adjustable! I LOVE lingerie that has adjustable straps!!! The tag on the back doesn't itch me. In fact I had to take the piece off and look to see if there even was one.

The thong that accompanies this babydoll is the standard issue fabric with two strings around the hips. It is, as usual, too large. I will be cutting the elastic strings and resewing them to make the thong wearable. It is also made from the same teal mesh, so it's nice and breathable.

This piece is a lot more delicate than some of the other pieces I own. This one is the only one I won't risk washing in the washer in a bag on delicate. I will be hand washing exclusively as it is suggested on the tag. I also highly suggest following the tag and line or hang drying.

Because there were a few changes I'd make to the design (the edging) and the fact that it is hand wash only I have to drop it to 4 starts from 5. I do really love this piece.

I first opened the box and had to struggle to open its taped up paperboard lingerie box. There is a picture of the model (matches the plus size model on the site) adorning the front and back showing off the piece. It is tasteful but I wouldn't leave it out for company. I inspected the seams, the features, and then performed a tug test to see how well it would hold up against light play. After jotting down my review notes I put it on and went in to get the hubby's point of view. He turned around and smiled (big compliment). He even said "I really like it" and gave me a wink. High praise from the lingerie critic. When he was done with his work we gave it the practical portion of the review. It held up well during our sex session and didn't get in the way of either of us. Like I said before it gives me a renewed sense of sexiness that I need reinforced being pregnant. My husband particularly liked the color and tactile feel of the fabric when it was "in use".

I still really love this piece. I don't wear it as much as my newest, but it is so cute and comfy I will be getting much use from it. I find that I prefer to hand wash it for integrity of the piece and also to ensure that it doesn't catch on anything. I still highly suggest it.
