Lolita chemise - chemise discontinued by Escante - review by Taylor

The Lolita Chemise and G-string by Escante is a fun and flirty piece that is a great way to bring out your girly side in the bedroom. It would be the perfect piece to take on a honeymoon or just to wear for a special night with your partner. The design makes it very easy to wear during sex if you are someone who likes to keep your lingerie on, and it definely flatters the backside.

The chemise and G-string are made of 91% nylon and 9% elastane. The material is sheer with the exception of the ribbon. The material is not itchy or uncomfortable, and feels very lightweight. The matierial is not exactly soft, but it would be comfortable enough to sleep in if you wanted to. There are a couple of stray strings on it here and there, but overall it is sewn together fine and has held up in a few handwashings.

The design is pretty unique, and I have not ever seen a piece quite like it. The cups of the chemise go around the neck and then criss cross in the back, then the piece ties together with pink ribbon in the back which will expose your backside like a sexier version of a hospital gown. I will say the first couple of times I put it on, I had some difficulty figuring it out, so plan to try it on a couple of times before wearing it in front of a partner so you get the hang of it. I would say it fits true to size, I ordered a size 1x but I am sort of between sizes so it was a bit larger than I would have liked, but the ribbon in back was very helpful in adjusting the fit. My only real complaint was the length because it fit me more like a camisole than a chemise since it was too short for me. I am 5'7 with a longish torso, so for those under 5'6 or so it would probably be the right length.

The g-string is pretty standard and not too different from those found in other lingerie sets. It has a small liner inside it and is sized true to size.

The Lolita chemise and G-string is pretty delicate, so I would definitely hand wash it with a mild detergent. However, the instructions on the tag say that it should be machine washed on a gentle cycle and ironed on a low setting if necessary. I know I personally have destroyed a few lingerie pieces in the wash, so I try to err on the side of caution with pieces like this and avoid machine washing them if at all possible.

Overall I've had a good experience with this piece. It is cute and fun, and my partner liked it as well. I find it flattering on me since I think my backside is better looking than my front side and this piece shows it off well.

I personally like pairing it with a sex of pink kitty ears and a tail that I attach to a plug that I have since this piece shows off the bottom really well. Sexy pink kitty might not be the look that everyone goes for, but it definitely is fun for us as a couple.

I've really grown to appreciate this piece of lingerie a lot more. As I've lost weight I've really liked the fact that this ties in the back and has still been able to fit me after I've lost a couple of clothing sizes and I've been unable to wear most of my other lingerie. This chemise has be great about adjusting to my changing size and still looking cute, sexy, and fun.

It's held up to several washings now, I usually wash it in a lingerie bag in the washing machine, and so far it has held up beautifully, and it still like it did when I first bought it.
