Blue lace and mesh thong - sexy panties by Baci - review by Ryuson

While the new supply of Baci panties looked cute, none of them admittedly had made it to the top of my wishlist. When a sale came about, however, which offered a free panty with any lingerie purchase I had to snag a few to try out.

Packaging
These panties come in a thin cardboard sleeve that features the model on the product page. It really gives very little information about the panties, but it does tell you a bit about care information. My one qualm about the packaging is that it makes the panties look a lot less blue than they actually are. As with all Baci lingerie, the photographer seems much more interested in the models than the clothing he's supposed to be selling.

I would not store my panties in these, nor would I use this as gift packaging just because it's large and doesn't look very nice. These panties don't come with a tag attached, which is always a plus to having them come in a cardboard or plastic sleeve.


Fit

I got a size medium in these panties because for now they only come in smalls and mediums. I found the following size chart for Baci and am going to list both the small and medium measurements

I tend to wear an 8 in pants, but have 40" hips. While these are a bit tight pulling them on, I found that once I got them on they fit perfectly. What attracts me to panties with lace waistbands is that they tend to be much stretchier and have much more liberal sizing than panties made of more substantial fabrics. I feel like these could fit up to a 42" hip and as small as a 34" without looking awkward.

I REALLY like the way that these are a thong and not a g-string, because the bit of material flaring out right above my butt makes it look rounder and just sexier. The front covers just up past my pubic hair stubble, but it isn't much farther than that and sitting down it is a bit shorter than my pubic stubble. It's a great cut if you want to leave a bit up to the imagination but still look sexy and like you're showing off a lot of skin.

These do indeed have a panty liner, but it isn't very sturdy and isn't very large at all, It's about 2.5 inches long, but it's about average for a thong style panty. I didn't notice this getting 'stuck' in my rear or becoming uncomfortable when walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.

The one issue I have with these is that the tag was a bit itchy. It would be super easy to snip off, though, so I really don't feel I can deduct any stars for having an itchy tag on the back.

Material and Care

These panties are made of nylon and spandex, so some slight care is needed. You can always wash these with a special lace or lingerie wash if you love them, but I just throw them into the washer in a delicates bag and then let them air dry. While this is not the best way to keep them in prime shape, I figure that for $6 I can always buy another pair when these wear out.

This panty is very well constructed and I found no loose threads or unsewn areas. I feel like these will last a very long time, especially for being so cheap. The front portion is made of a mesh type material instead of lace, which I think helps to reduce chafing and gives it a bit of extra stretch.

Overall
Overall, I think that this is a great pair of panties for the price. They're a pretty shade of baby blue and they're super stretchy. If you're a fan of thongs or just love panties in general, this panty conasour gives these a thumbs up and 5 out of 5 stars.
