Black stay up thigh hi with lace top - thigh highs discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by phoenixfire

I bought these stay up thigh highs to please my hubby, who has a thing for them. Trust me, they didn't disappoint. Leg Avenue has come up with a sexy pair of stockings that stay where they are put, thanks to a 5 inch silicone stay up lace top. I love that they came in a plus-sized version, which fit my 5'2" 204 pound frame near perfectly. I didn't expect to like them myself, but they feel so soft and smooth, in addition to looking awesome, that I really had trouble finding any sort of fault with them.

The stockings are actually 90% nylon and 10% spandex, which probably accounts for some of their pleasing roominess. Care-wise, the package advises you to hand-wash warm, only non-chlorine bleach when needed, and drip dry. (Do not iron; but you wouldn't, right?) They're made in Taiwan. Your new apparel comes in a pleasing pink and black package (or black and pink, depending on which side you view it from.) I, personally, didn't keep this for storage (I keep my purchase in my lingerie drawer), but you certainly could do so. The packaging is cute and fun, while remaining totally discreet. I like the heart detail on the front of the package, that allows you to see what the material of your nylons is like, before opening said package.

I have a feeling that these stockings will get used a lot in our house, since they can be paired with a wide variety of lingerie. My only regret in purchasing them was that I couldn't afford to get a nice teddy or something to pair them with then. I'm planning on remedying that, as soon as I've dropped those few sizes I'm striving for.

My favorite part of my new nylons is that wide bit of lace at the very top of them. Really, the pictures here on Eden don't do it justice. I love the elegance and intricacy of the pattern.
