This babydoll is similar to another I reviewed in the past. However, I'm glad to say that I enjoy this piece much better.

This is an easy to wear babydoll that connects in the back with your typical 2-hook bra band, which makes putting it on easy. You could easily pack it away for a planned event or grab it and slip it on in the bathroom when the mood suddenly strikes.

The open back design is like a backward flyaway. This means the area around your tummy is especially forgiving, if you've got a little extra weight or don't like your shape, which is so me. It flows pretty loosely and the sizes are probably a little more forgiving. With a bra extender, you could even enjoy this if you fall above the recommended size.

I ordered a large, which fits my 38" ribcage well, but not perfectly. The empire waist is a thin piece of elastic that seems to cut into the skin. I think, with the same amount of stretch, a slightly thicker piece of elastic would simply be a little more comfortable. However, that it stretches at all is nice. Un-stretched, it measures 15" flat and it stretches to at least 20" flat.

I do enjoy the way the lace cups fit. First, the lace is super soft and feels good against my skin. It offers stretch to fit over my C-cups nicely. Sadly, this is not the piece for anyone who is any well-endowed, at least, no the large size. Nevertheless, the stretchy cups don't give you any shaping or forming ability. The model in the images obviously has implants that are perfectly round.

There are tiny bows where the cups meet the elastic straps, as well as a larger ribbon bow between the cups. They add a feminine touch, which I like. The straps are thin elastic and include the typical bra-band adjuster, so you can find your perfect fit. The way I wear this, the hem falls to my upper thigh, but your fit may vary depending upon your preferences and shape. The piece measures 17.5" from the empire waist to the bottom of the hem.

Below the empire wait, this piece fall in two layers. The inner layer is a couple inches longer than the outer layer, which adds a little aesthetic appeal. Each layer is made of a sheer, tiny mesh. Together, this isn't as see-through as a single layer, so it might be ideal for anyone who doesn't want to be quite as out there. I personally feel quite comfortable in it. From the product images, it seems like the black may be a bit more sheer than the other colors. However, I only own it in black so I can comment on that.

With the peek-a-boo back, you'll be able to see the thong panty. This one is made out of elastic and mesh, and it has the slight triangle of material that sits at the top of your crack. I far prefer this to a G-strong or Y-string. It fits comfortable on my 40" hips, but isn't super flattering on my own build. Of course, it's easy to replace with a thong or panty that you prefer.

The babydoll and included panty come on a plastic hanger. However, this hanger is quite thin and was even bent with how it was shoved into the shipping box. There are hooks on both the top and bottom, for holding a couple different pieces. It's nice but, considering the quality, I could do without it.

Nevertheless, I enjoy the piece. It's comfortable and I feel flattered. It doesn't require a lot of preparation and, even though the tag tags to hand wash in cold water, I'm comfortable washing it in a lingerie bag. There's no loose threads or other obvious quality issues, so I'm looking forward to wearing this one quite a bit. Although, it's not the type I'd wear to bed and I think I'd get twisted up with the flyaway back.
