The Stardust Gown with G-String by Fantasy Lingerie is an elegantly designed gown. Made of chiffon sprinkled with glitter, the gown shimmers as it hangs gracefully to the floor. The chiffon is black, soft, and very sheer. The front of the gown is accented by a rhinestone band going from each bra cup. The rhinestone band is attached to the bra cups by small elastic hoops. There is a small open space below the band letting the breasts peep out. The breasts are covered by triangle shaped chiffon held up by spaghetti straps that go across the shoulders, criss-cross in the back, and tie midway down the back. There are two small hoops on the back that the straps thread through to allow them to be tied across the back. The gown comes with the standard G-String panties made of the same sheer material.

The gown comes in sizes small, medium, large, and extra large. I ordered the extra large and was pleased with its fit. I am 5'7” and the gown ended just above the floor and I did not have any heels on. The bottom half of the gown hung beautifully from my waist and the glitter shimmered as I moved around. I was also concerned about the bust area fitting. I am a 38-C and have what is known as dense breasts. Due to tissue thickness, my breast are heavy and do require a moderate amount of support. I was leery that the dainty triangle sheer chiffon would provide ample support, even for a short time. However, when I put the gown on, adjusted the cups, and adjusted the straps, there was sufficient support for my breasts. The straps were long enough to reach around the back, criss-cross and tie without any problems. There is a thin band of elastic underneath the bra cups that help in providing support. The bottom part of the gown is so full that this elastic band is not noticed.

Chiffon is a delicate material and requires gentle care during washing. With the glitter added to the material, I believe the only safe way to wash this item is by hand washing it. I did hand wash it after wearing it several times and hung it to dry. The gown dried quickly and wrinkle-free. The glitter remained embedded in the chiffon and did not come off when washed.

I slipped into this gown and G-String panties one evening after having a nice quiet evening at home. When I walked through the house, my husband lifted his eyes at me and grinned. His first remarks were “I like that!” I liked it too. I felt comfortable and sexy at the same time. The rhinestone band along with the glitter caught the lights and sent off shiny sparks. Although it was sheer, the gown was full from the bust down, providing a glimpse of what was underneath it while at the same time, providing some things left to the imagination. Although the gown didn't stay on long, it was great for setting the mood. Also, when the time came to remove it, removal was easy and simple, not impeding the mood.

This gown has held up well with several wearings. The glitter has remained intact and the gown has held its shape well. I have hand washed the gown and it does well with hand washing. I have not tried washing it the washing machine. When i put the gown on, my hubby's eyes still light up and I still feel sexy in it.
