Sequin sailor - costume discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by Sugarfina

I absolutely love the sequins on this gorgeous sexy little number. The stretchy material featuring them is comfortable and isn't itchy, which is another plus! The sequins are a royal blue, the same colour as the lingerie, and they are all over it. It's covered in sequins, and super sparkly. I love sparkles!

This is adorable if you want to do a pirate-themed roleplay or be the "Captain's Mistress." For us, we have a nautical-themed bedroom, so this works perfectly! I can be his sailor that he comes home to and I can threaten to batten down his hatches if he doesn't let me swab his deck and walk his plank! My Valentine's Day present to him was me in this outfit ready to befit all his wildest pleasures, and he loved it.

The shorts you dont have to just use for this outfit. They'd be great just to wear in the summer! People might suspect that they're stripper shorts, though, because, well, technically everything sequined like this is known as stripper shorts. The buttons on the front are adorable. And they fit me nicely, making my ass look terrific.

The top doesn't zip or have velcro; you simply tie the red bow together in the front and that's the only way to hold it on. This isn't necessarily bad, but it could fall off if it's not safety pinned or something when loosely tied. It's not long enough to tie in a ribbon; only simple knots will do.

If you get a small like I did, it'll be about size 3 to 5. I am a size 5 in jeans (i still go by junior sizes because I'm in my 20's) so that's the measurement I'd compare this to. The shirt is about a medium. Always order down! So if you'd wear a medium, on EF you should order a small, or else it will be too big.

The hat looks like your regular white bucket hat, and when flipped inside out for use as a sailor hat, it looks more like a turbin or some weird looking white thing. Not as good looking as on the model, but it'll do.

For cleaning of this outfit, DO NOT MACHINE WASH. It will absolutely destroy your expensive lingerie, ripping the sequins off. Spot clean only with soap and water, and do that gently. You don't want to ruin the material.

He walked in, home from his outing with his friend. He was exhausted, and didn't even walk straight to the bedroom where I was. I peeked out. "Hello, sailor," I said. He was taken aback, automatically turned on, looking at me in my sailor suit and my sparkly black heels. "Wow," he said, "You look fantastic." I still love this little outfit. I have it in my dresser's top drawar, the dresser for costumes and special lingerie and blindfolds. I love this little outfit, just wish it came with the heels pictured!!!!
