The FixSation Panty Companion are the panties to be worn with the FixSation Couples Vibe. The panties are sold separately because they are not a one size fits all. I requested the size large panties.

The FixSation Panty Companion arrived in a transparent, plastic bag. The packaging did not have any text or images on it. The panties had a cardboard tag attached to it, but the tag didn’t have any pertinent information stated on it.



The panties are made of 80% polyester and 20% nylon. I’ve taken measurements of the panties lying flat, unstretched. If you need additional measurements, please feel free to send me a message and I can get those for you.

I found that the panties fit me well, and did not irritate my skin or cause any discomfort. The lace band is quite soft and does not cause that “itchy” feeling like some lace garments can. Also, the distance between the two straps on the front of the lace band is 6 inches, so the bands do not end of “flossing” your crotch. The bands stay separated and stay in place when worn.



The elastic bands are sewn to the front of the panties, and attach to the back of the panties with a loophole and clip (similar to a shoulder strap on a bra, or a garter attachment). The straps detach from the back of the waistband so that you can run the straps through the sides of the vibrator to hold it in place. This is extremely simple to do, and the vibrator (which you purchase separately) has in-depth instructions on how to use the panties properly. These straps are not adjustable, which I feel is the only downfall of the panties. Since the straps are not adjustable, you may find that the vibe does not sit tightly enough to provide the pressure you are looking for… or at least that was my case.

The panties are only available in the colour black, though the product website says that they will be coming out with other colours soon. The panties are available in sizes S-XXL. The website has a sizing chart which you may find helpful.



While the panties are made for use with the FixSation Couples Vibe, I suppose you could wear them without. I personally would not wear them just as a pair of crotchless, backless panties during intercourse because I don’t find them very attractive. If you are just interested in a pair of crotchless panties, there are so many other options available that are much more attractive.

There is a care tag inside of the panties that states the material, size, and care instructions. The care tag suggests that the panties be hand washed in cold water, should not be bleached, and can be warm-ironed. If you decide to ignore the instructions and throw the panties in the washing machine, be sure to use a lingerie bag or similar item because the panties seem delicate.

I’ve decided to give the FixSation Panty Companion a 4 out of 5 rating. The only reason they lose a star is because the straps are not adjustable. While the straps may be the perfect length for someone, I could have used a bit of tightening.

I actually don't have the panty or vibe any more. I chose that I "don't like it any more because I feel that the straps should be adjustable. One nice thing that they have changed is that you no longer have to buy the vibe and panty separately.
