Fishnet dress - dress discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by bunky

In my experience, lingerie priced in the $10-$15 range are usually one time use pieces, which sometimes is acceptable if not desirable, depending upon the situation. However, the fishnet weave dress by Leg Avenue is a fun little number that is economical, well made, and will last for more then one or two sexy dress up sessions.

What I am most (pleasantly) surprised about the dress is how well it was made. The hems and seams have all been serger-stitched to give these weaker points more structural strength. It gives the dress a nice finish, which also for instance, keeps the sleeves from curling back.

Keep in mind however, that this is a 'one size fits most' product. This means that the nylon material and the fishnet weave are stretchy enough to accommodate a wide range of bodies and builds, though personally I think if you traditionally wear a woman's large or extra-large, you may be disappointed with the fit. But this is where reviewing clothing or lingerie can really be subjective to an individual's body type. My body type likely falls into the "average athletic" category. Because of this, I was most concerned that the sleeves would not fit over the largest part of my arms (15 inches) or my hips (38 inches) and thighs (45 inches). However, as I put the dress on for the first time, I was relieved to find that it was a comfortable and sexy fit. Also, if you consider yourself a 38 bust (32D) or smaller, this dress should work just fine for you.

As I wore and played a few active scenes with the dress, I was pleased by the material endurance and the fact that the edges/ends did not curl (as one might find with fishnet stockings after a while).

Of course, another bonus is that it is also very easy to take care of. Whether you hang the dress on a hanger or bunch it into a ball and toss it in a drawer, the shape of the dress or material cannot be ruined.
