Sequin halter bra and garterbelt set - bra and panty set discontinued by Music legs - review by KrissyNovacaine

My stats:
I am plus size, so I knew that I was taking a big gamble on getting this item, but I recently had lost about 20 lbs and been reading reviews from other plus size reviewers having one size fits all items work for them, so I took a gamble on this.

Eden doesn't list the one size fits all on their size chart for music legs, so I was naive and trusted that it was about the same as everyone else. Well, it isn't. Here is the size chart I found online for Music Legs' one size fits all:

One Size bust 32 - 38 Cup A - C waist 23 - 29 hip 34 - 40

So, no, once again, one size fits all/most is a lie. An evil lie perpetrated on us innocent women. And looking at this size chart, the larger end of this isn't going to be flattering. Really, you should be on the lower end of this to work.

The top:
I figured that the top was never going to actually fit my DDD chest, but it could look cute over a bra peeking out of a tank top. I wasn't intending it to ever support my breasts, but it was undeniably cute and maybe could work as an accent with a corset or something. I am clever and will find a way to make something work if there is a way.

Well, with this there isn't a way for me to make this work. At best this is going to fit a C cup, and even then, they better be perky because the halter portion on this isn't adjustable.

The halter strap is 18" unstretched and 29" completely stretched. The ties are 19.5" - 35" each, and the cups are 7.5" to 12.5". Please keep in mind that these are maximum measurements. It is not recommended to max out the stretch on any item.

The bottom of the top has a lace ruffle sewn on, and at the top and center of the cups there are white bows. Around both sides of the bra is gold trim.

The thong:

The thong is TINY! It is 26" to 42", but you aren't going to go over a 38" hip, or you are going to have some serious muffin top. There is no embellishment on the thong at all, but there is a cotton liner.

The garter belt:

The garter belt is the most adjustable piece of this set. It closes in the back with hooks and eyes like a bra. There are three different settings for the closure. It is 31" to 45". In fact, I can almost wear it. I am loosing a bunch of weight and expect it to fit in a month or two.

The garters themselves are plastic which is a disappointment. At the longest, these are 8", and at the smallest, they are 5".

The bottom of the garter has the gold trim, lace ruffle, and bows above every garter.

Overall:

I have to say that this is really nice quality for the price. The sequins are little stickers, but I can't pick them off. The stitching on the bows and lace is super solid.

Care and Maintenance:
From experience, anything with sequins like this, you want to be very careful with. I wash this on delicate in a lingerie bag and dry flat. The dryer will ruin the sequins.
