The Jel-Lee sleeve has absolutely no rough edges, and its contours are easy to "work with" when it comes to anal penetration. the one major downfall is that the sleeve is, by no means, rigid enough for serious anal play. It's been a month since this product arrived on My doorstep.
It still doesn't impress me as I'm sure it is intended to do. However, the vibration is still as insane as it was in the beginning.

This material could melt in the dishwasher. -
Cinnamon Chambers is right. It isn't a good idea to run this one through the dishwasher. It could be damaged pretty quickly like that. Also, the material is porous. That means it can't be properly sanitized so it's probably not a good idea to use it anally and then vaginally. It might cause an infection. One final note, you shouldn't use talc either. Talc has been linked to cervical and ovarian cancer. Cornstarch would be a much better choice. Thanks for the review and letting us know what you thought about this product!
