The patterns along with how intense this vibrating wand is created the most intense and torturous cumming session I have had in a while. The pattern has a slight pause between the vibrations and it really gets you to the edge, without being able to cum for a while. The buildup felt amazing, my clit was yearning for the next vibration. It has many different modes, but I mostly focused on the first mode. The first mode progressively gets more intense with each vibration, then repeats the pattern. All the patterns are unique, very different than patterns I’ve felt from other vibrators. I also love the compact design, it fits in my purse.
