You would get the best use out of this vibrator with another toy, such as a c-ring or dildo. It is perfect for couples or alone time. Using it without any other toys it is generally only used on or around the clitoris. I wouldn't insert it anywhere unless it was being used inside another toy. Pair it up with a toy manufactured to accommodate a bullet and you will be having a rip roaring good time. The best time or situation to use this toy would be anytime. You can take it on the road, use it at home, or maybe even a public place.

Fortunately, it did not have a smell or taste to it at all when I opened the package. Not that I was sniffing or licking at it as soon as I ripped it open(LOL). The egg-like shape is perfect for clitoris stimulation. I would not recommend using it anally or internally in the vagina. Unfortunately this particular one is not water-proof, so it will ruin if immersed in water.

Keep this toy in a clean, dry area. It should be cleaned before and after each use with alcohol. I don't recommend using soap and water because it may damage it. It can be used easily with water, oil, or silicon based lubricants and is safe to use with almost any other toy. This toy is very basic and really easy to maintain.
