Tantric chakra massager - bullet discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by unfulfilled

According to Wikipedia, the concept of chakra originates in Hindu texts and features in tantric and yogic traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism. The chakras are believed to be a number of wheel-like vortices which, according to traditional Indian medicine, exist in the surface of the subtle body of living beings. The chakras are said to be "force centers" and are considered focal points for the reception and transmission of energies. Different belief systems post a varying number of chakras; the best-known system in the West has seven chakras.



I don't know why California Exotics decided to call this product Tantric chakra massager, but I wanted to give you an idea about Chakra. In general, bullets are a great foreplay device for me and can be used to stimulate the clit, inside and outside the vaginal walls, nipples, or any other erogenous zones that enjoy attention and being stimulated. You can use a bullet for clitoral stimulation as well as shallow vaginal penetration. According to my husband, this particular bullet is not a very good massager for his back because it just tickled when placed on the surface and when I applied pressure the vibrations decreased.

I believe beginners and advanced toy users can enjoy the many uses of this bullet.

The controller and massager are made of ABS plastic with PU cote. The black decorations are made of ABS plastic. Polyurethane coated plastic is a 7 on the safety scale is considered latex free and phthalates free.

The bullet is mostly smooth, but has a seam that runs horizontal around the bullet, but cannot be felt when inserted. Other than the seam, it does not have any added texture to it so if you enjoy textured toys then this is not for you. It is ideal for those who do not like textured toys. Also, if you prefer your plastic toys to offer some softness and give then this would not be for you either because it is most definitely hard plastic with no flexibility to it at all.

The controller has indentations and cut-outs giving it an attractive appearance and some texture, but this is not what is being used internally or externally.



I could not smell any odors coming from the bullet or remote even directly out of the package.

I pick up bullets for many reasons, but I picked up this one specifically for the cute control. I guess I'm a sucker for things that have designs on them even if the item in question is pink. If you're familiar with my reviews or my thoughts on the forums about colors, then you already know I hate the color pink and wish companies would pick other colors besides pink when deciding on what color to choose when they're manufacturing a toy. With that all aside, I really like this toy for the remote control and don't care that it is pink.




The remote is black with a pink ring around the top and bottom and has a pink interior shell. It has detailing of hearts down the center of the control.

The bullet is solid pink and has a horizontal seam arount it toward the bottom of the bullet. The bullet looks like your average bullet. It is 2" long by 3 1/4" around. The remote is 5" long by 3 1/2" around. They both fit comfortably in my hand. Fully stretched the cord that connects the bullet to the control is 32" long. It connects to the remote by a plug similar to that of ear phones.

I like the design of this corded bullet. Sometimes I want my bullets to be wireless, and at other times I enjoy being within a certain distance from my husband.

This bullet and remote is a great size to carry along with you on your travels. It can fit easily in your purse or bag. If you decide to take it with you, I recommend taking the battery out of the controller so it doesn't accidentally get turned on during your travels.

Due to its small size, the bullet and controller are easy to hide. I wouldn't consider them to be discreet because it looks like a bullet so if anyone coming to your place is familiar with sex toys at all then they would know what its purpose was.

This bullet requires 2 AAA batteries that were not included. The battery has a seperate compartment that has arrows on it that shows which direction it slides into the controler. The bullet has an approximately one and a half to two hour run time. This will vary with each battery used and the speed you are using it on. For my testing purposes, I kept it on the highest constant vibration speed and it lasted over an hour and a half. It decreases in power slowly until it finally shuts off. By doing this, you can tell when it is time to replace the battery.






It has a one push button control shaped like a pink heart located in the center of the remote. To use, push the heart one time and it comes to the first and highest setting. To turn off, hold hte heart for three seconds and it will turn off. It has 10 settings total and the first three are high, medium, and low. The next seven settings are pulsation patterns. The pulsation patterns are as follows:

4: revs up and down
5: fast pulse
6: faster pulse
7: fastest pulse
8: slow drawn out pulse
9: on-off-on-off
10: start of strong then becomes weaker pulse

The vibrations can be felt throughout the entire bullet and are considered to be buzzy. It makes my hand numb from holding it for any length of time. If you just insert it into your pants without holding it, you don't have to worry about this. If you leave it in one area for a period of time, it does leave that area warm. I consider the highest vibration level to be a low 4 vroom which I like, but just find the buzzy vibrations not appealing. I'm not a fan of pulsation patterns, but I know that is not the case for all users so it is nice that they offer seven different settings for those who do enjoy patterns.

The noise of this bullet can be heard with others in the same with you and is not considered to be whisper quite, but it cannot be heard through closed doors or through thin walls even at the highest setting.

It is not considered to be waterproof so do not immerse this in water.

It is best to clean before and after each use with warm water and soap, toy cleaner, or your favorite toy wipe. You can use either water or silicone based toys with this product.

The packaging wasn't anything spectacular, but the design is quite elegant. You can see through the clear packaging. The front says 10 ways to center your chakra and has the name of the company above it. THe name of hte product is written at the bottom. The back features a picture of the toy and has a little bit of information about it. The side says balance, energy, sensuality, love, and harmony. It came with a small instruction pamplet that showed battery insertion directions.

I'm always on the hunt for something and in this particualar instance, I'm on the hunt for the perfect bullet for me. This one was too buzzy for my taste, but I do like that it is quite powerful to be run by 2 AAA batteries.
