Lust control - egg discontinued by Orion - review by Vivi

This is an excellent toy. I've had it for almost a year now, and it still runs like clockwork. It's a great toy for when the boyfriend wants to tease me and play a little in public. The best part is that it's small and powerful, but not strong enough to be felt through things like theater seats. It's a solid egg for at home play as well, with a GREAT range. I was upstairs in bed and it could project signal through the floor from the other side of the house. Its external use is wonderful. I noticed that others complain that this egg didn't work. I think I understand why. The battery housing is unclear, and it's not difficult to put the batteries in backwards, upside down, etc. since it is not clearly marked, and the plastic is of poor quality. So if you are not careful, you may accidentally strip the plastic screw which is no good.
The only thing I really would have wanted was a thumb screw control instead of the single button. The button forces you to go through speeds, and if someone else is controlling it, it's easy to lose count of what number of the 10 speeds you're on.

I was not impressed by the texture, and since I've had toys where the color actually rubs off on your hands, I made sure to place mine in a condom to keep it clean. This was the same kind of cheap plastic we see with the wired eggs.

The design was fairly common, a smooth, small egg that is easy carried in or outside the body. The wire ring to help remove it was long enough that it won't disappear inside the body. It worked a little better than I expected, but it's run on medical batteries which can be difficult to track down. Luckily, we live by a battery store so they were able to help us out. The batteries that came with the product DID work after I discovered the proper way to put them in, but the battery life was not particularly spectacular.

The 10 functions were amazingly different and had a great range, from slow and subtle to powerful and persistent. The control was on the remote, so someone else, or myself, could take care of it. Again, I wish it had a control knob instead of a single button, and I also wish it had a 'kill button' so it could stop suddenly instead of having to finish the cycle. It was a very quiet toy, very comfortable. I had no trouble with the waterproofing except that the rubber ring that keeps the battery casing dry would often cause the screw to slip.

As I said, I kept mine in a condom during use and then washed it with toy cleaner to make sure it stayed shiny. If you do not use a protective covering, make sure to take the WHOLE egg apart and wipe down the threading of the egg. Liquids tend to get in there and can make for an icky time. Make sure to remove the batteries between uses so they don't corrode and waste battery life.

I was not impressed with the packaging. It was a simple cardboard box, nothing fancy.
