The Egg Vibrator by Orion is discreet, cute, and travel sized. I have been looking for a good egg for a while. When I decided on this one, my partner was super excited to play around with the wireless remote. He loved the idea that he could watch me as he controlled the vibrations and even secretly play in public. Much to our surprise, this toy was a huge disappointment!

For a beginner, maybe this egg would work. Its vibrations are weak, but probably would be suitable for stimulation and teasing. This egg can be used to stimulate and arouse your clitoris, nipples, vagina, and anus. It also would work well on men for massage during oral sex or hand jobs. This egg may be used externally and internally, thanks to the attached pull cord. The toy also works for foreplay and teasing, and possibly for sensual massages.

As for a more advanced toy collector, this will not do much for you. When used alone, it does not have strong enough vibrations to produce orgasms. I also found that, even if you wrap your hand around the egg, the vibrations are not strong enough to be felt; so this will not be powerful when inserted into a vagina. It is not worth the cost.

The egg bullet is made of PU-coated plastic, which is phthalate free and safe with water-based and silicone-based lubricants. The egg also has a coated wire pull cord that is a good length and that allows it to easily be removed when inserted. The egg does have a white rubber O-ring around the battery opening location, but does not specify if it is waterproof. In addition, where the cord attaches does not seem to scream “waterproof,” so truthfully, I wouldn't risk it. The bullet is very quiet and discreet.

The egg supposedly has three levels of vibrations that are controlled by the ON/OFF button on the wireless remote control. I am sad to say that my egg vibrator worked the first moment I took it out of the packaging (batteries were provided). After that, I needed to buy new batteries (which are costly), and now the egg does not turn OFF or change vibrations when on! I have to unscrew the battery top a bit in order for the power to turn off. The vibrations are so weak that when the toy is placed in your hand and a bit of pressure is applied, the vibrations stop. This would not provide any sensations when inserted vaginally! How disappointing!

The remote control takes a small 12-volt battery, which is also included. The remote control seemed to work fine. The light turns red when the button is pushed. However, it does not turn OFF or change speeds. I do not know whether it is the egg or the remote that is at fault.

The best way to clean this egg vibrator is to use soap and water or toy wipes. The best practice would be to avoid the areas of the wire attachment or battery compartments. If you do not use a covering when using a lubricant or when having an extra-wet experience, I would make sure to wipe down the threading of the egg to ensure that no icky liquids remain and build up. Due to its size, the toy is easy to store. Keep the egg and its remote in a pouch to keep them together in your toy chest.

The packaging of this toy is a cardboard box that does not contain storage for the toy. It does come with the necessary batteries. The box depicts writing in German, and the instructions are not very informative. They vary in language, but do not provide relevant information.

Sadly enough, I'm back to my search for a powerful, sexy, wireless remote-controlled bullet/egg. Save your money and grab something with real power!
