You stack them on top of each other and then slide the cover over the batteries, and either insert the bullet back into the sheath or use it without.

Overall, I was satisfied with the finger vibe. I've been enjoying using finger massagers as aids during foreplay with my husband, and this has the right amount of power for him. I prefer stronger power when it comes to me, but it is great to use as a warm-up.

I found the vibe to be very comfortable and not constricting in any way. I could place it on any finger and not have to worry about it being too tight or too loose to use.
