Inside the bag was an adorable pink toy that looks similar to a remote or something. It's actually very discrete for a sex toy. Also inside the bag was a cord to charge it. One end plugs into the toy at the bottom, which can be easy to miss because it looks like a rubber dot due to the waterproof design, and the other end is a USB that can be plugged into a computer or wall plug if you have a USB plug to attach it to.

It feels like a soft rubber that's incredibly smooth against your skin. I decided to go through all 30 vibrations, YES I SAID 30, in my hand to feel how strong they are and the different patterns. I was extremely surprised to find that not only does it have vibration patterns that I'd never had in a toy before but they were all very very powerful.
