Flow is designed to stimulate both the vagina and clitoris simultaneously. The bulbous head and smooth subtle curves of the shaft contour perfectly to the body, and the clitoral attachment can offer both broad and pinpoint stimulation depending on positioning.

The Flow vibrator is completely covered in silky smooth silicone. It is hypoallergenic and non-porous, which makes this a body-safe toy.

There is no texture on the surface, just a slight seam which is only lightly felt by running a finger along it; it can not be felt during use.

While being completely covered in silicone, the overall feeling of the vibrator is firm with a sturdy overall construction; this is a finely crafted toy. There is a slight degree of flexibility at the base of the clitoral arm, as well as the base of the shaft. While dual vibrators don't always work with each users individual anatomy, this slight flexibility should be enough to bring pleasure stimulation to most.

There is no discernible odor or taste to the silicone.

The Flow is not discreet, it is recognizable as a sex toy. It is not bulky and would be suitable for travel if it was well protected. There is no lock feature on the toy to prevent an accidental turn on, however since the control buttons are embedded within the toy it makes this unlikely.

The vibrator operates with two control located near the base. The buttons are completely embedded in the toy and are made distinguishable by engravings. The only function of the power button is to turn the toy on and off. The toy can be turned off during any function.

When the toy is turned on, it starts at steady vibration throughout the toy (shaft and clitoral arm).

Pushing the button closest to the base controls the toys functions, which are numerous. There's everything ranging from synchronized pulsation throughout the toy, to escalating vibrations and everything in between. There's short bursts of vibration, as well as long and some vibration patterns are not synchronized but alternate vibrations between the shaft and clitoral arm. In all, there are 30 settings.

The intensity of the vibrations can not be adjusted during use, all of the vibrations are set at a medium/high intensity; although some functions feel slightly gentler particularly those that escalate in intensity.

The vibrator is charged via a wall charger, which gets plugged in to the a Flow's base. During charging, there is a red LED light that glows which is located between the operating buttons. When the vibrator is fully charged the light goes off. A full charge takes approximately two hours.

The Flow can be cleaned by washing in soap and water, or with cleaner designed for sex toys. It can be thoroughly sanitized by washing with a diluted bleach solution, taking special care to thoroughly rinse afterwards. This toy should not be boiled and is not dishwasher safe.

The vibrator should be stored in a cool dry environment, away from other silicone toys to avoid a possible chemical reaction. For this same reason, it is suggested to only use a water-based lubricant on silicone toys such as this one. If you feel you need a silicone or hybrid lubricant, do a small patch test on an inconspicuous area of the vibrator to check for potential damage.

The vibrator comes inside of a typical bubble envelope. The vibrator and charger come packaged inside of a translucent black fabric storage pouch. There were no instructions or user manual included.

Personally, I love the Flow, with a few exceptions. Although it is absolutely gorgeous, waterproof, rechargeable; all of the qualities that make a 5 star rating in my book, the fact that the intensity can not be adjusted during functions gives me totally mixed feelings. For this reason, it has become my "Wham, bam, thank you ma'am" toy. I find it hard to build up to an orgasm.

Because it has so many other positive qualities, it is easier to overlook this slight annoyance. The Flow is still a quality vibrator.
