I have a love affair with bullets. They are small, they are versatile, and they are great for clit stimulation during sex. One huge problem however is them slipping out of my grasp and becoming lost just when I really need the little buggers. I have a finger vibe, but it just isn’t the same as my bullets. While I really like that toy, it doesn’t cut it for when I just want to tuck a bullet in place and use my hands for other things. I had the Golden Nugget which comes with a little Jelly sleeve. I decided that the sleeve was the way to go for keeping a bullet tucked in place between my husband and me during sex. I wanted something for my micro vibes, as I own at least 10 of the wireless ones that come with toys, so I ordered this set of three.

When I was holding these little sleeves in my hand I was surprised at just how small they are. I thought that the sleeves would also be able to double as finger sleeves, but sadly found out that they are just too tight to be used for this comfortably. My hands are average sized. I wear a size 7 wedding ring, but even my pinky finger gets squeezed too much for me to use it for a finger sleeve. Maybe if you wear a size 4 ring you might be able to wear them on fingers comfortably, but I doubt it considering that the opening in the end is a tiny pin hole.

The tiny opening proved to be a bit of a problem when it comes to getting the sleeve onto the vibe. The sleeve is very stretchy; however it is difficult to stretch while holding onto the bullet. I thought maybe a drop of water based lube might help… that turned out to be a mistake. Everything became so slippery I had to clean up and try again. It took some shoving, some pulling, and lots of fighting before I finally got the sleeve on. Once on however, the sleeves stay in place pretty well. I used the clear sleeve the most (exactly the same as the pink sleeve) and noticed that after the first couple uses it was starting to rip. It has ripped enough now that I finally threw it away. I had it for about two weeks before I finally chucked it in the trash. My other two sleeves are lasting pretty well though, as I’ve become a little more adept at putting the sleeves on.

The sleeves are made from TPR Silicone so keep that in mind. No silicone lubes, and make sure that you store them away from silicone toys, as well as keep them separated from each other. It’s not guaranteed that they will melt, but it’s a chance I don’t want to take.

These are pretty easy to clean. I take them off of the bullet to clean them after each use. I just use a little soap and clean them under running water in the sink (with a stopper or strainer so you don’t accidentally loose one). They can be turned inside out for thorough cleaning, but keep in mind that this may cause them to tear. While these are Phthalates free, they are not sterilizable so I would not recommend sharing.

Over all, I really enjoy these little sleeves|Micro silicone sleeves. The little ticklers work great for nipple and clit play, and the ridged sleeve feels great when used for clit massage. I was expecting the sleeves to dampen the vibrations from my bullets, but they don’t seem to. The material is thin enough that it doesn’t absorb much and the little ticklers just seem to amplify the vibrations. I am very happy with this purchase and use the sleeves nearly every day. I would suggest that anyone, who enjoys micro bullets|Impulse micro bullet and yearns for some extra stimulation, pick up a pack of these. I’m sure glad that I bought them!
