Crystal kit - vibrator kit discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Roxy

The vibration on the Crystal Kit vibe is surprisingly strong and only dampened slightly by the addition of one of the sleeves. It provides an orgasmic sensation, vaginally or clitoral. PERSONALLY, I have a very hard time achieving an orgasm vaginally and despite the good vibrations from the Crystal Kit vibe, was only able to reach climax one time via my g-spot. The contoured sleeve works great if you want clitoral stimulation while getting oral, your partner won't end up with a numb face!

When I first opened the package (incidentally a very easy package to open), the smell of an inner tube hit me in the face. I gave it a quick wash and after a few uses the smell is gone. Both sleeves are jelly and the vibe plastic so you want to use a water or silicone based lube on the vibe to allow for easy on/off of the sleeves. The vibe has a "dimmer switch" so the speeds are gradual, not ridged, making the Crystal Kit a nice beginner set.

The g-spot on some women(including myself) is very difficult to locate and even more difficult to stimulate long and hard enough to achieve orgasm. The contoured sleeve does make it slightly easier (if you know where your spot is and it is relatively sensitive then you will be in business with this vibe). I am really not sure about the other sleeve, I didn't really get anything from it. The insertable length may be a little much for a beginner, unless she uses caution when inserting. The discretion of this toy is little to none, it's a 6 inch stimulator that gains another inch to inch and a half when you add the sleeves and it's PURPLE. All that aside, it's easy to hide in a toy box or under your mattress.

I really preferred using this toy as a clitoral stimulator, as it just seemed too much work to get myself off vaginally. The controls are easy; the "dimmer switch" is located at the base of the stimulator, convenient for one handed control. It's loud; not just buzzing loud, but, there is some racket that comes from it too, like something is loose; kind of distracting if you are not DEEPLY involved. Unfortunately the Crystal kit stimulator is NOT waterproof; it would be great if it was, though.

The stimulator is plastic. It is compatible with water, oil and silicone lubes and can be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and hot water or, of course, toy cleaner The sleeves are both jelly and can not be sanitizes therefore CAN NOT be shared unless you use a condom with them. To clean, use warm water and toy cleaner; do not use a strong soap. The sleeves are compatible with water and silicone lubes. As with any toy that requires batteries, you want to make sure you remove them after EVERY use.

All 3 pieces are proudly displayed in full view, through the easy to open (no sharp instruments required) plastic package, not a gift box. There really weren't any instructions to speak of, but, they aren't really needed, it's pretty self explanatory.
