The Love Egg from Edenfantasys is a fun remote control vibrating egg. It can be used solo or couple's play. Edenfantasys provided this toy to me for free via the mentor program in exchange for my honest review.

The package was shipped discreetly in a small plain brown cardboard box with "Web Merchants" on the shipping label. The toy inside was securely covered with plain brown packaging paper. The toy was inside of a sealed plastic bag with a small tear strip for easy opening. I'm very satisfied with the way everything was packaged. My first impression of the toy is that it's very cute and small. I love how it feels velvety soft to the touch.



The Love Egg with remote requires 3 AAA batteries. The remote has a small plastic piece that slides out. I loaded it with a single AAA battery, and the piece easily slid back into place. The vibrating egg twists apart in the middle. There's a battery compartment that holds 2 AAA batteries inside. It also was very easy to twist back together with no problems. Most of the space within the egg contains the batteries. The strong little motor that vibrates is in the tip of the egg.



This toy is made of velvet touch PU plastic. It's food-grade, hypoallergenic, latex-free, and phthalates-free. This non-porous material does not harbor bacteria. It's personally one of my favorite toy materials because of the soft velvety texture. I also enjoy it because it's not as slippery smooth as plain plastic toys. The velvet finish gives it a little bit of drag, and I feel it more when in use. The fun thing about Edenfantasys is that I've been able to experiment and find out what I like best.

It's extremely important to keep your toys clean! Edenfantasys offers their own brand of antibacterial toy cleaner. You can find it here. You can also hand wash well with warm soapy water and make sure it's completely rinsed clean. I find it best to air dry my toys or gently pat them dry with a lint-free cloth. The remote appears to not be waterproof, I would use an antibacterial wipe.

Is this toy waterproof like Edenfantasys claims it to be? Well, I noticed inside the egg when I twisted it apart to load the batteries that there was a thin plastic ring. When the egg is twisted closed, this prevents any water from seeping inside. So yes, the egg itself is waterproof, yay! Inside the remote, there is no thin plastic lining at all and offers no protection against water. This makes me think that the remote is not meant to be waterproof, which is kind of disappointing. Especially if you wanted to use it solo in the shower.



The Love Egg is a small toy. The egg measures 3" inches long. It's 1.5" inches across and 4.5" inches around the widest part in the middle. The remote is the same size at 3" inches long and 1.5" across. It's small and has a lovely curved shape to it that fits nicely in my hand. I love the design of the remote! I also really love the bright fuchsia color. It also features a plastic retrieval string that feels very safe and sturdy.

I did a couple of tests to see how far away I could stand from the egg and see if the remote would work. I placed it on my bed and turned it on from across the room. It turned on and worked no problem. I also stepped out into the hallway, the living room, and even right by the front door, and the egg turned on perfectly. This gives me fun ideas about how couples could possibly use this toy. That's really cool! This type of toy is new to me. My mentor pointed out that when the toy is inside the body it could affect the ability of the remote control to connect with the toy. It may not work as well depending on the distance. I don't have a partner to try this out with so I can't say for sure.

In the past, I've used egg/bullet vibrators that are connected to a remote by a wire. I've never tried a toy like this before. Typically what happens over time is the cord gets tangled up, breaks, and stops working. If you've never tried a wireless egg before, this would be fun to try without spending a lot of money.

My first experience with this toy was fun but I'm concerned about the volume. I'm picky about the volume of my toys. I prefer things as quiet as possible. I mostly purchase toys for myself for solo play and don't want to be heard at all. The first time I used it was as a clit vibrator just to test out the vibration patterns. It was definitely arousing and very fun to play with. I love all the different settings. When used vaginally, it muffles the sound of the vibrations, but I think it's still too loud and obvious. I wouldn't take it into any kind of public setting or use when there are people at home. I think couples looking for something fun to play with alone at home would really enjoy this toy. Couples can come up with lots of fun games to play!

The love egg packs a punch for being small. The vibrations are strong enough for me to orgasm. I think the little motor in the egg is surprisingly strong for its small size. I love that there's no wire, and I can pretty much relax in any naughty position I want to without worrying about tangling up a cord. This is what I love the most about the love egg!

To turn the toy on you simply press the button on the remote once. Each time you press it'll change the vibration. It'll keep cycling through until you decide when you turn it off. To turn it off you hold and press the button for 3 seconds. I'm impressed with the variety of vibrations in this little toy.

2- Vibration mode 2 (medium strength and a little louder.)
3- Vibration mode 3 (The strongest vibration, also the loudest!)
4- Quick pulse that repeats
5- Pulse (buzz!-buzz!-buzz!)
6- Climactic pulse that starts low and climbs higher, repeats.
7- 4 short pulses then 2 hard pulses, repeats.
8- "Rev up the Engine" sounds ridiculously like a car in an old videogame!
9- A series of quick pulses followed by 2 hard pulses, repeats.
10- High-Low-High-Low
11- 3 hard pulses, several quick pulses, faster pulses, repeats.
12- One hard pulse, quick pulse, repeats.

This toy gives me strong orgasms, but for me, the fun part is to warm up with all the different vibration patterns. After cycling through all the different patterns and it repeats to the first low to medium vibration, it can feel pretty intense. My tip for using this toy is to relax and just have fun with it!
