To use this funtastic toy you'll need 2 AAA batteries. I haven't had this toy long enough to tell if it is your typical battery drainer toy, so far I'm still running on the original 2 AAA's I placed in it upon receiving it.

To turn this toy on, you push the power button. To cycle through the 7 settings, you press the swiggling line button above the power button. One press cycles you through each one, and pressing the power button shuts it off and starts you over on cycle one when turned back on.

Here are the 7 functions:

1.) Long Continous Soft vibrations
2.) Long Continous more Intensified vibrations
3.) Long Continous Highest Intensified vibration
4.) Low to high oscillating pattern (soft to stronger vibration)
5.) Long fast pulses, with Setting 2 vibration speed.
6.) "Bumping" pulsating vibration with setting 1 vibrations
7.) Rhythmic oscillating pattern escalating low to high,repeated.

I haven't submurged this toy in water yet, but I have used it in the shower. It still works, and the battery compartment has remained dry. I'd say it is waterproof!

By the way guys and gals, it is discreet. Even the strongest setting cannot be heard beyond the doors.

Cleaning the Luxe Empower is very easy, it is made of silicone and can be easily cleaned using antibacterial soap and water, pour boiling water over the top part, or wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. I would not suggest putting it in the dishwasher.

I like to store all my toys in a plastic box with a snap lid. They work best to keep dust off and they have many different color boxes to choose from. Makes storing anywhere possible!

This toy came in small packaging, you can store your toy in that between uses if you'd like. It's just your typical plastic packaging toys come in. This toy would be a great gift for someone who's looking for a clitoral vibrator and does not know of any good ones.
