Waterproof silicone splash - rabbit vibrator by Pipedream - review by Shellz31

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

I’m on a real roll with rabbit style vibrators lately but I find most are too slim. Being a size queen, I’m always on the hunt for the largest shafts I can get my hands on. I had almost given up on finding the perfect sized rabbit until I laid eyes on this one! As usual, the picture didn’t make this one look too big but the details said otherwise. That’s when this guy became mine.

USE:

This one is more designed for the females of the species due to the fact the clit stimulator wouldn’t allow much of the shaft to enter the anus far. It’s just not that practical and for this reason, I haven’t tried it anally. Because of the lack of noise from this vibrator, it could be used in most living situations. Be greedy and keep this one all for yourself for solo pampering or allow a partner to take control to spice things up a little. If you do try this one anally, I highly recommend a condom being used on the shaft. Unless you’re willing to use two condoms (one for the shaft and one for the clit stimulator) I don’t think sharing this, with someone you’re not fluid bonded with, is a good idea. And this one is for size queens!

MATERIAL ~ ODOR:

Produced in China for Pipedream, the Waterproof Silicone Splash is designed from TPR silicone with a plastic handle. Only water based lubricants should be used, as others could cause damage. TPR silicone is hypo-allergenic, phthalate and latex free which makes this one a superb choice for anyone working their way to size queen. Being of reasonable quality material, there was no odor to this baby and is rated 6 on the safety scale.

TEXTURE:

The Silicone Splash is totally smooth with dolphin features such as the tail, side and top fins on both. Down the bottom of the shaft is some raised waves that make it look like the dolphins are jumping out of the water. The smooth plastic handle has four raised rings that travel around the back to make it easier to grip.

SHAPE:

This vibrator has a large dolphin shaft with a tail that pokes out the back of the toy. The clitoral stimulator is also dolphin shaped in a slightly smaller size. The flexible nose on both feature very powerful vibrations to highly arouse your clit and G-spot. The handle, which is also the battery compartment, is rounded at the back with a rectangle control box on the front. With batteries inserted the Silicone Splash weighs 13.1oz with a total length of 9 ½”. It has an insertable length of 5” and a decent circumference of 6”.



COLORING:

As much as this is blue, like stated on the product page, in person it's a lighter shade. It's far prettier in person! Both the TPR and plastic handle area are see-through which I love so I can see the internal components working away. The only other color that is present on the outside of this toy is a silver interface surface. Internally are two large silver bullets.

CONTROLS:

The Silicone Splash has four control buttons and six LEDs to light up which motor and intensity you’re using. There’s an up and down arrow button for each of the two motors. The left two control the shaft vibrations, leaving the right for the clit stimulator. Below are the 3 levels for each controller.

1. Low steady vibration
2. Medium steady vibration
3. Rapid steady vibration


NOISE:

From time to time, the shaft bullet can make a louder grumble when turned on its side. Apart from that, the bullets are relatively quiet. Funnily enough, the highest speed on the clit stimulator isn’t as loud as it is on the lowest. There seems to be a variety in noise amongst this vibrator. For mine – it wouldn’t be heard through a closed door, unless someone was deliberately standing at the door straining to listen.

POWER:

The Silicone Splash requires 3 X AA batteries and is more than happy to run on rechargeables. There is a plastic housing cylinder that the batteries nestle in and then slide up into the handle via the screw cap base of the toy. On the plastic cylinder is the + and - so you know exactly how the batteries are to be placed.

CLEANING:

This toy has a clear waterproof seal in the battery compartment which makes it extremely easy to clean. Simply wash it with anti-bacterial soap, toy wipes or spray.

PACKAGING:

For the toy quality and sophisticated look, I thought the packaging was very underwhelming and simple. That being said, the packaging isn't a big deal – it's what's inside that really counts. It arrived in a clear molded plastic with a paper insert which features a babe in her bikini in a beach scene... Rather fitting. Not discreet in any way, but it is resealable if you choose to keep the vibrator housed in it. On the back is basic information about what you can expect from your toy.

EXPERIENCE:

Wow, I finally found a rabbit that has a circumference which can fill a size queen's desires! The shaft has the perfect length that allows the mini dolphin to reach my clitoris, without ramming my cervix into next week. The only thing I did find, which I have no problem at all with, is that the clit dolphin stimulates up the top of my clitoris hood – not directly on my clit. I personally don't like direct contact, so it works well for me. I'm also more into steady vibrations rather than the different patterns. On the rare occasion, I do enjoy some patterns and it's nice to know they are there when a toy has them. But most of the time, the patterns tend to distract me from achieving my goal. I really love this and I think, just maybe (until I set eyes on another great looking one), I have found my satisfying rabbit vibe!
