LUXE Embrace - vibrating head massager discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Lioncub

The LUXE Embrace by Cal Exotics is a vibrator with a rabbit shaped head. It can be used for clitoral stimulation. This toy can also be used to stimulate areas such as the nipple or ball sack. It can be used alone, though it is awkardly shaped or it can be used with a partner. I did not enjoy using this toy alone as the shape is at an unusual angle and made it hard to use.

The head of the Embrace is made of Silicone which rates a 10 on the Eden Safety Scale. This is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and latex free. The handle or base of the Embrace is made of ABS Plastic this is also phthaltes and latex free as well as hypo-allergenic and food grade. For the most part the texture is smooth with a velvety like feeling. The materials of this toy make it easy to be used by beginners or advanced users. There was no smell upon opening the package.

The head of the Embrace is shaped like a rabbit's head complete with the ears. The ears are small and in my opinion do not add anything to the toy. The length and circumference both measure in at 7 3/4 inches, the diameter is approx 1 1/2 inches and the weight is close to 3 ounces. This toy is not discreet, you can easily tell it is a sex toy by looking at it. It is small enough to be traveled with, it is recommended that the batteries be removed first.

To start with this toy you need to slide the back of it off and insert 2 AAA batteries, the battery cover is hard to get on and off. To turn it on you simply push the top button on the base. To cycle through the 7 vibration types you push the bottom button. It does not get much easier than this to operate a toy. The vibrations are felt more in the handle than in the head. The power was almost non-existant. This toy is advertised as waterproof though I did not try it, 3 strikes out on this toy I didn't try for a 4th.

Silicone is easily cleaned with soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner. For storage purposes I store mine in a ziploc bag and then on the shelf of my toy cabinet.
