Dolly dolphin II - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Fun Factory - review by AliGirl

I loved this product at first, because it was the perfect size and I liked the smooth texture. It was not too big, so that made it easy to store and the color was fun too! It comes with some sample lubricant that I do not recommend using if you are going to go that route. This is my second product from the same company and I had the same problem with the other product-NOT MADE FOR WATER…even though the box says it is. The second go around in the tub, Dolly Dolphin flat-lined! I was disappointed because up until that point, I really liked the little vibrator. I recommend it for someone just beginning to experiment with toys, as it is a basic beginning point.

The vibration was not extremely intense, but I was okay with that because I could go for longer that way. Sometime the dial at the base that controlled the intensity would be difficult to turn, especially if your hands were slippery. The thing that frustrated me the most about this product was getting the batteries in and out. It could not be more difficult to open a vibrator’s battery pack.

I would recommend this product if you are not planning on using it in or around water. Because the texture is so smooth, you really don't need to use lube unless you have issues getting self-lubricated. Also, note that the base of the dolphin is rounded so it cannot be stood upright or sat on in that respect. The odd shape of the base is also what I believe contributed to the difficulties in opening the battery cage and turning the dial during use. I am not sure if I will be trying any more products with faces on them either. The whole smiling dolphin face thing was kind of weird.
