Cliterrific cup - rabbit vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by Lusting Lola

The Cliterrific Cup is a great rabbit vibrator. While I'm relatively new to rabbits, I really enjoyed the combination of rotation and vibration settings. I loved the ridges too, even before turning it on.


This toy is waterproof, so it's easy to use in the bath or shower, as well as in the bedroom. I think it's best for masturbation, but oh wow, it can work well with your significant other as well. My husband and I thoroughly enjoying playing with this together.


The shaft only rotates, so the bullet is in the clitoral stimulator. I felt like the shaft worked really well for stimulating my g-spot while the bullet went to town on my clit. It might have been nice to have the shaft vibrate as well, but I'm definitely not complaining. The combination worked well together.

This toy is made out of a jelly material, so it's not super safe and can't be sterilized. If you're one to share your toys, it's best to slap a condom on this one. Of course, I think that might be difficult to do since it's not just a shaft toy.


The jelly material gives it a rubbery kind of feel. Nice and smooth. It also allows for a slight flexibility at the end of the shaft with the cup and where the bullet meets the shaft. I think this allows the user to customize the toy to fit her anatomy; the little extra give allows you to make sure the bullet is hitting your clit in just the right spot.


There are delectable ridges that are spaced out along the shaft. I'm really coming to love shafts with ridges or texture, so I thought these ridges definitely added extra stimulation. The texture isn't anything too crazy, so I think it would be fine for both beginners or more advanced users. It's probably more up to personal preference.


I don't remember really noticing a strong smell when using this toy or even when first opening it, but if you put it right up to your nose and sniff, there is a definite odor.

I do like the design of this toy. It is very simple for what it is. I liked that the control panel doubled as a good handle and was easy to use. I think it worked exactly how it was supposed to. It is somewhat limited in that there are no vibrations in the shaft, but it was still very pleasurable for me. The size fit me perfectly, as I could definitely feel the cup hitting my g-spot while the bullet could massage my clit. Its girth is not incredibly wide, so it slides in easily without feeling uncomfortably big. Because of this slender size of the shaft, I think it would work very well for beginners.


I tried to figure out what the purpose of the cup at the end of the shaft was. After all, it is called Cliterrific Cup, so I figured the cup must be an additional way to stimulate the clitoris. If this was the intention, it definitely fell short. It offers no vibrations in the cup and the rotations weren't really powerful enough to bring about any substantial amount of pleasure while cupping my clit. That said, it wasn't uncomfortable or painful or anything like that.


I wouldn't consider this a particularly discreet toy or necessarily suitable for travel, but it's do-able, I suppose. I would tuck the toy into a non-see through bag and then into a carrying bag for travel. As far as hiding the toy; the shaft/bullet sort of fit in my hand, and the control panel could be kind of hidden with my wrist, if I were to try to carry it in a discreet manner.

I think this vibrator functions as advertised, but would have been better if there were vibrations in the shaft as well. The clitoral stimulator has a vibrating bullet, and the shaft has a rotating function. Both the vibrations and rotations have three settings, and the rotations can also be reversed. The controls are conveniently located at the base of the toy. The push buttons make it very easy to turn on/off and move from one setting to the next. The vibrations and rotations can be used together or separately. My only complaint is that the buttons are a little on the small side, so you might accidentally hit the wrong one.

It's not the quietest toy, but it's definitely not the noisiest either. I found that the noise level of the vibrations were pretty quiet - even on the highest setting. The rotations were a lot noisier. In either case, a blanket would easily muffle any sound, and I doubt it would be heard through a closed door. That said, I tended to use the vibration more than the rotations because of the noise level.

This toy is waterproof, and I had great fun using it in the shower. It seemed to hold up great. Sometimes waterproof toys don't seem as powerful with the running water, but this one did not disappoint. I could definitely feel both the vibrations and rotations, and the running water really muffled the sound. I didn't ever feel self-conscious about the noise level while showering.

This is made with a jelly material, so it can't be boiled or sterilized. It's suggested to clean it with warm water and a toy cleaner, but I usually just use the mild hand soap in our bathroom. It seems to get the job done, and I've seen no ill effects from cleaning it this way. With the ridges on the shaft, and the tight corners where the shaft meets the bullet, this can be a little difficult to clean. Just be sure to focus on those areas.

I don't store this anywhere special, just in a drawer with all my other toys. In general, it's best to keep toys with this jelly material in a cool, dark place.

I don't tend to use lube in general, but this can be used with both water and silicone based lubes.

The Cliterrific Cup comes in a simple plastic package, but it is actually pretty detailed with diagrams of the toy and how it works. It clearly states that it is multi-speed and waterproof, and shows where all the buttons are located and what they do. No separate instructions were included, but I think all the necessary information was included on the box.

You could probably use this as a storage box, but I don't know how well it would hold up to repeated opening and closing. I definitely wouldn't consider it a gift box.
