What Is This?

This is a personal shaver that comes with 4 heads, a brush, a length guide, travel bag, organizing base, 11 stencils, and the necessary batteries to make it work! Each head has a different use, and it does take a bit longer to use this than it does a razor, but it's totally worth the finished product and it feels smoother than when shaved with a razor. I use this for my bikini line and have not used it for anything else. It does sound like an electric toothbrush and can be heard through a closed door. And while the vibrations to make the heads work aren't strong, it can be hand numbing considering the amount of time it takes to get the perfect smoothness that I enjoy.

Vibrations? Noise? Yes, we are still talking about a shaver. Do NOT use this as a sex toy. Ouch!

How Do You Use It?

Please note, I do not use the length guides because I do not enjoy having pubic hair. I also did not use the stencils because they are just stickers and I do not enjoy the idea of putting a sticker on hair and shaving around it.

I start with the main trimmer to get the hair under control on the mound. This brings it down to a manageable length. I then swap back and forth between the stencil and precision trimmers to get my lips. I have found that the precision trimmer works best around the inside of my labia majora and the stencil trimmer works best for the outer regions of my labia majora. Then I change to the finishing head and go over my entire genitalia for a smooth finish. When I say smooth, I mean smooth. I have never gotten such a close shave as I am able to with this device.

How Do You Care For It?

I read the instructions before using mine, but I know a lot of people don't. So, if you are reading this and do not plan on reading the instructions, read this, and read it again: DO NOT USE THIS IN THE SHOWER! DO NOT USE THIS WITH WATER. As strange as it was to me, this is a dry shaver. You use your favorite shaving powder and shave with that. I find it's best to shave after I have showered and patted down my skin and rinse the hair off afterward.

The shaver comes with a brush and I highly recommend using it to clean the shavers after each and every use. You can use a wet wipe or damp rag to wipe off the plastic bits of the shaver, but for the heads, just use the brush. The finisher brushes mesh head comes off and you can clean the round razors beneath it, I do this after each use. Keeping your shaver clean will ensure that it won't clog up and the razors won't go dull.

I still use this, almost daily. I love the smooth feeling it gives me and how close of a shave I get with it. I have found that you are able to achieve a closer shave if you shower first, use an exfoliant on the area you wish the shave, and ensure that your shower is hot. Hot showers help to open up pores and make it easier for the razors to grab your hairs. Exfoliating helps to remove dead skin around the hair follicles and ensures a closer shave to the skin.
