It has an appealing look, and I was intrigued by this because of the rotating shaft. It's made of TPR silicone which has a nice soft and gel like feel to it. It wasn't as smooth as I'd like, so I do have to use lube with it every time. It cleans easily, even its ribbing. Just make sure that you work the cleaner in the ribbing on the shaft which could cause potential areas of concern for cleanliness.

It has three speeds for both the butterfly and shaft, but each are separately controlled, which is appealing. So you can have options of speeds that aren't dependent on the other. It's soft, smooth, and the butterfly moves nicely to accommodate different positions and desires. The main problem I had was with the rotating shaft. It didn't appeal to me in the slightest. I mean, am I missing something or is it weird to have something oddly spinning inside you?

In addition, the noise level on this is above what I enjoy. It's hard for me to get and stay in the mood if I feel like I'm fooling around with a factory. The rotating shaft is unbearably loud at any level setting. It ratchets around like a crank down there, which is off-putting. The butterfly, on the other hand, can get loud on the highest setting, but most of the sound is dispelled by any pressure with the human body. Overall, it's not the quietest toy.

The vibrations in the butterfly are amazing and I've even used the butterfly alone to gain a quick orgasm. Generally, I do not use the rotating shaft, but still have enjoyable experiences.

I don't know if I'd recommend this for a beginner, since I was one. I found the rotating unappealing and unless you know that it would work for you, it may be better to stick with a standard rabbit or dildo. If the butterfly appeals to you, like it did to me, find a clitoral stimulator and bypass the giant contraption.

I was excited to receive this toy initially, but upon using I discovered that only aspects of this rabbit appealed to me. The Butterfly revs up nicely; that shaft prevents me from enjoying myself. Definitely avoid it if you are sharing close quarters with anyone.
