I was so excited to receive my Pop Top wand attachment. Knowing PleasureWorks has a reputation for quality, I was not at all surprised to discover that the silicone attachment is soft and stretchy. The deep purple color adds a little extra style that I absolutely love.

I bought this attachment for my Magic Wand Rechargeable, but it should work for any massager head that is within the correct dimensions (it measures 2-3/4" x 2-3/4").

After washing the top with soap and water, I started putting it on my massager. Given the stretchy nature of the silicone, it was reasonably easy to attach. Once the top was over the massager head, it was simply a matter of easing it down all the way.



Turning on my Wand, I immediately noticed that the Pop Top helped to muffle some of the noise. This is definitely a good thing as far as I'm concerned! The smooth top provided a very different sensation, replacing the rougher texture of the bare massager head with something softer (and adding less friction). Depending on your preferences, this can be a good or a bad thing.

While the packaging claims that the top does not impact the massager power, this was not the truth in my case. Further use of the attachment demonstrated that the vibration intensity was somewhat muffled. Again, this can be a good or a bad thing. The Hitachi is legendary because of its power, so anything that reduces its strength could be seen as negative. On the other hand, those who find their massagers too strong for prolonged use can utilize the top to absorb some of that impact and be able to play for longer!

Finally, it is worth noting that although the Pop Top is 100% silicone and waterproof, always follow the directions of the massager regarding water exposure. If using lube, make sure it is water based.

As previously mentioned, I found that the Pop Top muffled the intensity of my Magic Wand's vibrations. The power was still very intense, but definitely not at the level it was without the attachment. Because the top itself does not have any vibrations, your experience will vary depending on the strength of your massager.

Because of the slight muffling effect of the attachment, I was able to enjoy using my massager for longer than I normally would. This meant I got more of a build up to my orgasm, rather than the almost uncontrollable punch of my Hitachi.
