For once when it comes to warnings of this nature, I am in agreement. If you do wish to penetrate with this toy please use a condom, especially if you are sensitive to rubber components in toys. The vibe itself, without the sleeve, can be used internally with no issues.

I highly recommend storing this toy in it's original clamshell packaging as it may react poorly to being stored with other rubber toys. I'm probably a little paranoid when it comes to this as I have lost a few toys due to discoloration or improper storage. Better safe than sorry!
