Both the sleeve and vibrator are designed to be used in the bath or shower or any where else you can imagine. A silicone gasket seals any gaps between the cap and the toy itself making the battery compartment 100% waterproof. Pipedream has included a warning that this toy not be used internally. For once when it comes to warnings of this nature, I am in agreement. If you do wish to penetrate with this toy please use a condom, especially if you are sensitive to rubber components in toys. The vibe itself, without the sleeve, can be used internally with no issues.

The Waterproof silicone will be a great toy for a beginner or someone looking to do a wee bit of vaginal stretching as the girth is rather impressive for a vibrator of this style. The sleeve is a TPR silicone which is a compound of rubber and silicone. I received the pink sleeve instead of the clear sleeve for this assignment. This toy should be washed with a mild antibacterial soap or toy cleaner before and after use. It does not pick up much lint or dust from just lying about.

Remove the sleeve, washing both the inside and out as lubricant and natural juices can collect between the sleeve and the vibrator itself. Air dry the sleeve separately or turn inside out and wipe down with a paper towel to dry.

I highly recommend using condoms with this toy if you are sensitive to rubber.

I highly recommend storing this toy in it's original clamshell packaging as it may react poorly to being stored with other rubber toys. I'm probably a little paranoid when it comes to this as I have lost a few toys due to discoloration or improper storage. Better safe than sorry!
