Worth every penny, and it's a two for...
This is a bang for your buck winner in my book. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, inexpensive, enjoyable toy.

Pros
Inexpensive, Strong Vibe.
Cons
Not the Safest of Materials, Not Waterproof.
Let's start off with what encore isn't. It isn't innovative. It isn't a stylish diva. It isn't feature rich. It isn't waterproof. Now here's where the "isn't" list takes a twist. It isn't cheaply made. It isn't expensive (especially for a two piece item). It isn't lacking in power. It isn't lacking in length, girth, detail, or execution. All these "isn't" make it a fairly capable and enjoyable IS.
What it IS, is a large plastic vibrator, accompanied by a rubber sleeve which is molded rather realistically (though the head is very tapered). First off, this thing is bigger than expected and even the actual size tool doesn't do it justice. A full 9 inches long when assembled with all but the vibrator knob being insertable length.
The vibe itself is a steroid induced simple plastic twist dial vibe, which you may need to sacrifice a flashlight to feed given it's 2 C, yes C, battery appetite. It fills the full 8 inches of the sleeve and is a solid 1 1/2 inches in diameter by itself. And can this thing throw a hum! You may need to turn the TV up a bit louder to mask it.
The sleeve has two shortcomings, though they're the only short things involved here. It is, after all, rubber and needs to be cleaned thoroughly after use (hot soapy water or toy cleaner will do) and allowed to completely dry inside and out to avoid any bacteria growth. It is unfortunately not quite stiff enough by itself to use separately, or I may have reviewed it as a three for.
This toy as simple and cost effective as it is is quickly becoming a regular for play time. I hope to get a feel for battery life to add when I follow up on this one.
Enjoy.

Follow-up commentary

The cover has held up very well under fairly normal use, and it has been surprisingly good on batteries. Definitely worth the money.
