Inky kinky - discreet vibrator by Hustler Toys - review by Isadorabelle

The Inky & Kinky has modest vibrations, though is a nice addition for casual play. This toy is great for everyone, especially those who have an eye for something cute. In addition to the cute design and feminine color, the single, AA battery seems to last!

This toy has a safety rating of 8 and is made out of a synthetic or semi-synthetic material. This material isn’t porous and is a food-grade material in addition to being phthalates free. It is also hypo-allergenic and latex free, making it safer for most users.

The texture of the Inky & Kinky is smooth and hard. It isn’t porous at all, however when sharing or switching between anal and vaginal play, it is still best to use a condom. Without being exposed to body heat it is rather chilly, though it does warm up in a reasonable amount of time. Despite the smooth texture, some users might find that they prefer to use lubricants when they use this vibrator. And, a plus for the Inky & Kinky is that because of the material that this is made out of, you can use water, oil and silicone lubricants.

The Inky & Kinky vibrator is a pretty, teal-like blue color. 3 three and fourths inches of the vibrator is covered by a thin, clear casing with a pink and flower design pattern and a wide silver band at the top. This is also the insertable portion of the vibrator while the whole vibrator is 5 and one half inches, or about the length of a sharpie. It has a fairly generous circumference of 3 three and fourths inches. For those who prefer a visual aid, you can hold about 5 sharpie markers in the same grip. With the battery inserted, this toy weighs in at a light 4.8 ounces and without the battery is only about half of that.

The Inky & Kinky vibrator has three different vibrating intensities. While there is not an adjustable dial, you can cycle through each of these levels with a press of the on/off button. This button is rubbery and located on the top of the vibrator. In addition to the easy operation, it only requires one AA battery to function and the single battery seems to have a good battery life.

Because this toy doesn’t have a porous surface, keeping the toy clean is easy with regular toy cleaner. You can also use antibacterial soap and warm water on the external shell, which can screw off of the toy for cleaning. Though, because it seems to be waterproof you should be able to clean the whole toy with soap and water.

I loved the packaging for the Inky & Kinky. It isn’t the typical plain plastic that has to be discarded after opening, but a fat, semi-hard plastic tube with a harder top. I am using it for storage because of the shape and convenience of this. Packaging is always a big deal to me and I really approve of Hustler’s care in this field. It is also a big plus that there was a small page of directions, including a troubleshoot section!

Normally I prefer stronger vibrations, but I did like this toy. The vibrations and design of the toy is simple and not aggressive, but in the case of this toy, it is plus. This toy is nice for when you are in a ‘mellow’ mood and just need a little pick me up in bed. I wouldn’t really recommend it for play sessions where you are looking for more than a laid back, relaxing occasion.
