Talking about sex!
How people communicate during sex is very important. I believe that if you can't talk about sex with your partner, then what can you really talk about. I used to be very embarrassed to do this. But let me tell you that once you start talking it helps in all kinds of ways you wouldn't even think about. Imagine if you are too embarrassed to talk about it at all. Some women are so embarrassed that they won’t even request to use a condom during sex, which could lead to pregnancy or even unwanted sexual diseases. Some people believe that if you talk during sex that it could ruin the mood. I don't believe it does at all. For me it increases the mood for both of us.
Different things you can talk about vary. You can start off slow and see how you and your partner like to talk about sex. Most likely your partner will love this because both of you can benefit from it. Something you can talk about is what each other likes the most during sex, that will tell the other person what feels the best on you so they will probably do it more often. You can talk about what you least like with them so they won’t do that certain thing as much. There is a lot to talk about; I could talk for hours about it. In my opinion it has drawn my partner and I closer. I not only talk to him during sex but even before and after sex. I will say something like "Did it feel good?" or "What did you like the best?" or even "Do you want to do something different next time?" Even during sex I will ask, "What do you want me to do?" It lets me know what he likes me to do and feels the best for him. So I will do what he wants and likes, and in return he will do as I like. You never know what the other person is thinking so the only way to tell is to ask.
I bet if you try talking about sex you will love it and it will help draw you and your partner closer to each other. Not to even mention better sex all around because you know what each other likes. Your partner may even want something done to them that they are too embarrassed to ask. So be open to them and let them be open to you with no judgment at all. Don't criticize them. To me it feels as though I'm doing something right if they can be completely honest with me and I can be honest with them. It has helped my relationship in so many ways like bringing us closer, better sex, and being more open with each other. So try talking to your partner about sex and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed at all. I don’t believe you can really have a great relationship without communication.
