Porn is highly subjective. It can take a lot of sifting to find something you like - or you might just not like it. There's nothing really wrong with that. If you want to like it, I'd say just keep looking and don't give up, and look at many different kinds.

I do get bored with it, but not for those reasons. I mean, once you've seen one pussy you've pretty much seen them all. Same for the cocks in porn. There are a lot of fast-forward parts, yes. And a lot of unintended turn-offs. I can't see a woman with long nails trying to finger anyone or I just think "ouch" the entire time, so that's a fast-forward scene.

I wish more porn directors would put sunglasses on actors/actresses who can't fake it and get that weird look in their eyes. Just slap some sunglasses on them, and I'm a lot happier.

I've found that I really like porn geared towards women because of the different angles, close ups, etc. The sensuality of it all is what gets me super excited. Plus, I've found the people tend to look a lot better. I guess because women need the full picture, not just the fucking to get them in the mood.

But I'm not a big porn watcher so my view might not be the most accurate.

I read a lot more porn than I do watch it. That can get redundant, too, but it's better for me. Literotica is the site I always go to.

I think it is really hard to find good porn. Generally for me its a hit or miss situation and usually misses.

Unless you feel like you NEED some form of porn in order to get off, I don't think it's a big deal. The mainstream porn industry has always been very... theatrical, and now a lot of the amateur stuff is not actually amateur anymore because the industry has realized that people are losing interest in their over-the-top stuff. Unfortunately, along with the production of "fake" amateur porn, a lot of other material the industry is producing is becoming increasingly extreme and harmful/violent (talk to the docs who tend to the actresses... ugh) in an attempt to hold everyone's attention.

But yeah, I definitely agree, I'm bored and even disgusted at points. I too am irritated by fake everything and am bored by porn in general after years of watching it. I don't even remember the last time I sat through an entire clip without fast forwarding to the "good" parts, which are increasingly few and far between... but really, unless there's no other way for you to feel aroused, it's no big loss. Sorry to double post, but I must agree with this as well. The sexualization of violence toward women is incredibly concerning. It used to be that it was only in porn specifically labeled as containing humiliation/degradatio n play, but has now crossed over into the mainstream. I don't like it at all.
