While it may be normal, I think this is just nature manifesting itself. I think that on a subconscious level, he's afraid of losing you to the actor. Maybe you can point out the absurdity of this if you find him enjoying an actresses' performance and body more than usual. I'm no expert though, so if you go that route, please exercise the utmost caution.
