I can't think of any mainstream movies right off hand but I did have a similar feeling when I watched an anime series entitled, "Please Teacher". It's not all that sexual more suggestive than anything else. If you get a chance check it out.

There are some bits in Victor Victoria that are seductive as all fucking hell. Julia Andrews in drag is pure sex. There's a scene where she's stripping off her cloths that makes me melt every time.
