Real is best but when you get older and they start to sag, well a little lift and maybe a little silicone can do wonders. A size A cup can do wonders after implants are put in as far as men and some women are concerned. Most people care what they look like and they have the money to do it. Women dye there hair. get their nails done, wear make-up and get facials, not to mention The clothes, shoes, and jewelry so if breast implants help with self image and makes your significant other happy well thats great.

I voted other. I love some big fake titties on porn stars. I also like looking at them when I see a woman at the gym or on the street that has them, but I don't think I could ever date someone that had them. At least not the obviously fake tits. If they look really natural then it wouldn't be too strange.

As a general rule, not a fan of breast implants. They can look nice, but it's often unnecessary, and even though I try not to, sometimes I find myself judging a woman's motivations for getting them.

real, for sure. but not every woman is lucky enough to have pretty boobs. so i would never hold it agains a woman for wanting to even things up or give a little perk or size down for comfort or size up for confidence. i think if the intentions are honest, and not for a job or man or any other reason that is not for her own satisfaction...sometim es it does make a difference to her, to how she feels about herself...and how she feels other people see her. but then, i'm an assman!
