I really don't like seeing fake body parts, I like to see natural women and men. They are nicer to look at because there is more of a variety to them. Fake bores me because I feel like they all look the same.

If they are tastefully done and I can't tell then it wouldn't be attractive, but if they look like they are nipped and tucked it's not as exciting.

This is a great poll! Wifey and I are considering a boob job and lift. We had our first kid when she was 19 and she had A/B breasts, she has breastfed three kids now and when breastfeeding she is a VERY full D. Well you can imagine that after that amount of inflation, there are some negative after effects.
I'd rather have fake with some perk and enhance wifeys self esteem, than pancakes with no perk at all. We both would.
Would we prefer natural, sure we would, but we are also both still young and want to enjoy the good years. I say if you can afford it and like the results, then fake is OK.
I don't like the girls that take perfectly hot and perky small boobs and stretch them out to C and D land. I prefer tiny and perky over anything.

Honestly, it does not really matter to me. If it's porn, the things that turn me on are not going to be whether the woman's breasts are fake or not. I'll be focusing on other things too much to think about that.

Most of the time it is a major turn off for me. However, there have been clips/movies/scenes that I have been able to get into with barely noticing the fakeness of the breasts.

I like both natural and enhanced. I think that when they are way over the top they just look horrible and a big turn off, but natural or a nice boob job then I like that.

I don't mind what people do with their own bodies, but I'm not a fan of the perfectly upright, overinflated implants. I do have every intention, however, of getting a breast lift in about 10 years. By then I'll have had children if I'm going to and since they're already so large, gravity is definitely going to take its toll. I think I'll just feel more confident knowing they're not entirely floor-bound.

Fake breasts are a complete turn off for me. I don't think I'd rule out dating or being with someone with fake breasts, but I think it would take some getting used to.
