Recommendations on written erotica

I don't care for porn. But part of that is I don't like movies or TV. I'm a reader. And I love reading really good erotica. So....

Does anyone have recommendations on books or free websites that have quality written erotica?

The Literotica website has thousands of user-contributed free stories, but you'll have to weed through a whole lot of chaff to get to the truly talented writings. The "Loving Wives" section more often has stories with solid plots than the other sections do.

I do not know what type of erotica you are into but I have just started reading paranormal romance/erotica I have a listmania and it ranges from sweet to down right nasty hot so if you are a book series girl check it out. If not I would check out out people's list there I have found it very helpful. link

As Rocky said, I don't know what you are looking for in the way of erotic literature, but I read a lot of it, and there are some really good books out there with different levels of sex. The author I think that has the most I have read so far is Lora Leigh. She has written a ton of books, and they are all good. There is a series called Breeds which is paranormal and very good. Her Bound Hearts series is mostly about MMF relationships where the males are not bi, and the Nauti Boys is very good, too. Tempting Seals and Elite Ops are very good. There are other series, too, like Men of August (three brothers sharing their women)and Wizard Twins (two wizard brothers sharing a common mate).

Cheyenne McCray's books are fantastic, and her Magic series is dynamite! She has a few that concern BDSM. The first Lexi Steele (The First Sin) book is more hard-core and Total Surrender is a book with 3 stories, all BDSM, some mild and some not.

Some of my other favorite authors are Jeaniene Frost, J.R. Ward, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Lara Adrian. All of these are paranormal, mostly vampire, and Kenyon also has other series that are not paranormal.

link This is my fantasy wish list and I would have to say if you want to start in that genre J.R. Ward and Sherrilyn Kenyon are a couple of my favorites.
