I was just reading an interesting idea and thought I would share. One one of suspending your partner is to tie them up with some rope, or rope to cuffs. Then you take the rope's free end and throw it over the top of the door. Tie a knot or two at the top of it and close the door. Your partner's arms will be suspended once you close the door. A neat and easy idea

Do you mean just having their arms over their head or actually dangling them so their feet aren't on the ground? If you meant the latter, I would suggest you be very careful about that and take about a dozen rope bondage classes before attempting it. Our wrists aren't meant to support our entire body weight.
